To Run To is my new "happy place". It truly is a place one wants to run to. Everything for the guests' comfort, enjoyment and entertainment is thought of and is expertly catered for. It's very tastefully and comfortably furnished with every modern amenity available including wifi, a big screen TV, full Dstv, DVD, CD, full house designer kitchen,family board games, 2 luxuriously comfortable bedrooms,2 huge bathrooms + showers and tranquil garden with a very inviting pool. Security is easily taken care of too with secure off street parking and a house alarm easily enabled and disabled with one click of the remote.
Added to this, the house has a sea view and is a stones throw from the cliff paths and from the main part of town.
What more could a guest possibly ask for??? I can't think of anything. It's all here already and the hosts are the friendliest, nicest people you'll find!
I'd recommend this to anyone in a heart-beat - you'll not be disappointed.
As good as it looks on the internet photo gallery...and I know that is a wow already...it's even better in reality.

My partner and I stayed for a weekend of whale watching and the place was perfect for us and two teenage children. Comfortable, clean rooms with great TV (for the later) and internet access. The kitchen is fantastic if you wish to cook and fully equipped (especially compared to many self-catering units in South africa which rarely have a decent pot). Absolutely will go back and can not recommend the place highly enough.

We decided to end up our holidays in Hermanus and chose to stay at To Run To. Wow! The guest house is fantastic. We felt so much at home that we did not want to leave. The house has been beautifully designed by Judy and Jo, the owners, and is ideally located just a few steps away from the ocean. We loved every moment of it. We can't wait to go back.

We stayed at To RUN to after a busy visit to Cape Town and Durban so were ready to slow down and enjoy the sun for 5 days after escaping a snowy London winter. The house is well set out for family or couples/singles travelling together - the bedrooms with ensuites are on separate floors for a bit of extra privacy. The bottom bedroom opens out onto the pool area ... bliss to just fall into after a hot day. The upper bedroom has a balcony which overlooks the pool. The living room is spacious with a view of the sea from another balcony. The kitchen is well set up with a large dining area. Every detail has been thought of carefully with all the appliances and gadgets that you would have in your own home. The cottage is a pleasant 20 min walk along the cliff path if you don't feel like driving into the Hermanus main shopping area. The only problem is choosing where to relax -- inside, in the enclosed patio off the kitchen, in the hammock, by the pool, on the balconies .... Thoroughly enjoyed our stay !!
