This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo sits just 1 house from the sand, with excellent sand and whitewater views. Situated on a wide walkstreet corner in North Hermosa Beach. The views are unobstructed and allow a tremendous sense of space, without the cramped feeling you might have with other rentals in the beach area where there is extensive development and tight exterior spaces.

This large 2 bedroom is split into 2 levels which is great for extra privacy. One Bedroom walks directly out to the large patio where you have a gorgeous view of the ocean. There are 2 full bathrooms to accommodate your party and also an additional entrance way to... the patio from the kitchen area. Ocean breezes sail through the waterview windows and the sliding glass entryways with ease.

The kitchen is fully stocked with quality appliances, full dishware, cookware and many extras! There is an awesome outdoor barbeque and dining area on the patio for watching the sunset over dinner or a glass of wine.

The living room has a huge window that offers gorgeous ocean views and a spectacular spot to witness Hermosa Beachā€™s gorgeous sunsets. The unit is equipped with a high definition tv, cable, stereo surround sound and dvd player. You can count on a great movie experience after a long fun filled day on the beach. High speed internet,, Wi-fi is also available throughout the unit.

From both bedrooms, you can expect to be lulled to sleep by the sound of the ocean. With each room furnished with a king size bed, weā€™ve had many guests say they experienced the most restful sleep during their stay.

Did you we mention the Jacuzzi?! The Jacuzzi is set up on one of 2 patios on the property where you are surrounded by greenery. We love this Jacuzzi!

Hermosa Beach is known worldwide for its beautiful wide sandy beaches and perfect weather. Our unique beach culture is coupled with safe family neighborhoods and social settings for all ages. The property is perfectly located between Manhattan and Hermosa Beach Piers. Steps from excellent dining, shopping, and even one of the nightlife hubs of Los Angeles. The beach is right outside your front door for sunbathing, surfing, volleyball, people (and dolphin) watching and charming walks at sunset. Hermosa Beach is one of the most beautiful wide sandy beaches in Los Angeles. Coastal Living Magazine and Sunset Magazine have rated Hermosa Beach as a ā€¯Top Beachā€¯ destination!

The unit sits in a quiet residential neighborhood (mostly single family homes), yet is close enough to the vibrant social centers of Manhattan and Hermosa Beach for the best of both worlds.

2 complimentary bicycles are provided for your stay! Bicycles are a great way to visit our several mile long boardwalk, known as "The Strand". If additional bikes are needed for your party, there is a bike rental shop just a short walk away from your unit.

If you are looking for some good eats, just steps away are Martha's 22nd Street Grill, which is a great place to enjoy breakfast or lunch. They have outside seating that is nice for gazing at the ocean and taking in the activity on the strand. Just across the small walk street is The Bottle Inn, an ideal spot to splurge on wine and a delicious Italian dinner. Also located within the block stretch is the Green Convenience Store that carries snacks, drinks, etc. The charm and convenience of the location makes you feel right at home.

The condo is conveniently located only 15 minutes from LAX (Los Angeles International Airport) and has easy access to anywhere in the greater Los Angeles, including Disneyland, Hollywood and Malibu!

An extra air mattress is available upon request if needed or for more space, check out our listings page for availability on an additional unit located within the same building. Some visitors have requested both units to accommodate a larger party without sacrificing privacy.

There is a washer and dryer located on this property and one garage space for parking.

We are baby friendly! Crib and high chair are available. Please let us know prior to arrival.

PAYMENT TERMS.
We accept the following forms of payment, in order of preference: PayPal, Credit Card, and Wire Transfer. Unfortunately we cannot accept checks of any kind. 50% of Rental Fees are due upon Booking. The remaining 50% of Rental Fees + Cleaning Fee are due 30 days prior to Arrival. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the Arrival Date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit.

  Just perfect for two bicycling couples!

  From the moment we arrived we felt right at home and comfortable. We found "Casa #1 to be well stocked with both household supplies and recreational toys to supply us with a weeks' worth of relaxation and fun... The kitchen functioned perfectly and the gas grill on the large outdoor patio was a guy's dream come true! The bedrooms aren't too large but serve their purpose and hey, you're at the beach, who needs that much sleep! On mornings when you don't feel like eating in there's a great cafe (Martha's) right around the corner and it should no be missed. The wireless internet was lightning fast and trouble free. Great shops, bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance in just about any direction.
  
  And so now I've saved the best for last... The beach! It's just one house from the strand and sand! The large corner picture window in the living room provided us with such great ocean views and sunsets that we never even once tried out that nice looking flatscreen TV and DVD player.
  
  Being a split level layout there are steps that require navigation so just keep that in mind if you plan on bringing small children or elderly with mobility issues. Lastly, we would point out that this is a quiet complex in a quiet neighborhood and a pleasant bonus for us.

  Good location,clean home

  The home was clean and the location was nice.
  Kitchen was not well furnished. Oven didnt work,utensils were not clean, wine opener was broken and Wifi didnt work in the bed rooms.Central heating didnt work well, but they had provided room heaters.
  
  Other than these minor things ,everything was perfect for a family vacation.

  Post-Conference Retreat at the Beach!

  We are a group of biology teachers and we were attending a conference in the la area...after the conference we wanted to spend some time at the beach before heading home. This rental was the perfect place for us! It was comfortable and had plenty of space for the four of us! We loved the view of the ocean from the living room, and the close proximity to the beach. We were able to walk to the beach in seconds and sit and watch the sunset! Had we stayed longer, I am sure we would have taken advantage of the kitchen...since we were only there a short time, we instead took advantage of the great restaurants nearby...we settled on "The Bottle Inn," a cute little Italian place right around the corner from the rental unit. Our landlord / host recommended it and it was lovely! You should probably get a reservation though, especially if you are there on a weekend evening. Great food and wine list.

  We really enjoyed our stay. It was convenient location to the beach and many local businesses. The home was comfortable. The only suggestions I would make is screens on the windows and a gate for the stairs (safety precaution for young children).
