Perfect for relaxing evenings or washing away the day’s activities, it also has a spa shower and jetted oversized tub with a travertine surround.

The lower level has the third bedroom which is a very private in-law suite. The space is perfect for a 2nd couple, teenager, in-law, or a private office for those who just can’t let go of a little work while in Hermosa Beach! It has a wall-mounted T.V., computer desk, queen bed, and a private courtyard with charming pavers and moss hardscape. There is also a 2 car garage and laundry room on this floor.

Moving onto the third level, you and your guests are greeted with a wide-open living room space with West –facing views for miles! The same Brazilian cherry floors continue, and the room also has another fireplace as well as a huge wall-mounted flat-screen and large sofa for movie nights!

The gourmet kitchen is open to both the living room and dining room. A large granite island is great for family breakfasts or evening martinis before the night’s festivities! The professional-grade stainless steel appliances complete the large kitchen. The dining room is charming, and can easily accommodate 6-8 people. It opens to a third balcony, which has a great stainless-steel grill, overlooking the courtyard below.
