The 1st floor features a large family room, complete with bar, stools, wine storage, refrigerator, and ice-maker. There is a full bath & a custom entertainment system with high fidelity 5.1 surround sound speaker system /60" built in plasma TV. The sliding glass doors open and disappear onto a spacious outdoor patio with table and chairs with umbrella, lounge chairs and a large BBQ.

The 2nd level is the great room that features a gou...rmet kitchen with everything a cook needs for a formal dinner. We have provided all glassware and dishes for various types of drinks and entertaining. There is a formal dining room table that seats 8 comfortably. The living room has a gas fireplace and flat screen television. Open the sliders to a beautiful patio with chairs for sipping coffee in the morning watching the dolphins feed at the shoreline.

There is also 2 office areas that look out to the panoramic view of the Pacific. The home is complete with high speed internet and WIFI. On this floor there are 2 spacious bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and attached bathroom and the other bedroom has one double bed with a bathroom in the hall. All bedrooms have plush linens and bedding, and large spacious closets.

The 3rd level hosts a private retreat with glass doors for privacy. It has king size master bed, fireplace large flat screen television and IPOD system. The master bathroom has a spa shower with steam, his and her sinks and a vanity with a television built into the mirror. There is a day bed that sleeps one and a fold-out cot for extra guests.

The 3rd level balcony offers a tranquil Jacuzzi protected with large glass windows for your comfort overlooking the beach and ocean views. The Jacuzzi area has a large plasma television and an adjoining large patio area to enjoy sunset views very day of the year.

There are volleyball nets outside the house, beautiful sandy beach and of course the ocean.

Other features: elevator (elevator is locked unless there is a special needs person), 5 video surveillance cameras- Internet based, Verizon Fios fiber optic connection w 20MB/sc download.

Walk a half mile to the King Harbor Marina for all types of water sports and excursions. There is jet-ski, boat rentals, kayak rentals, and paddle board rentals. The marina offer many fishing and boat excursions to the inner and outer waters of the Pacific Coast.Read more
