The house is located perfectly to the beach with a great view. We were there in august and we highly recommend the house for the proximity to the beach, overall space and the number of bedrooms. Great sunset views! As someone else has already noted, it would have been nice to have a more comfortable couch in the living room.The fact that we were next to the famous Mickeys with great sandwiches and other delicious food is an added bonus,. We highly recommend this rental. The management team is terrific, too - highly flexible and helpful, and are there in a few minutes when you need them.

This property is located perfectly to the beach with a great view. When we went in Dec, the weather was cold so going out was not always practical but from the living room we had a great view of the beach.
I highly recommend this place for the proximity to the beach and the # of bedrooms. It would have been nice to have a more comfortable couch in the living room.

The beach over all was nice. It was close to the water and in walking distance of restaurants and bars. However, one area of improvement would have to be the cleanliness of the house. There were major dust balls and cobwebs. For the extra cleaning fee the place should of been spotless.

This place was perfect for our vacation. Although it was set back from the beach a little bit it had a fantastic view from the large deck on the second story. It was very clean and nice on the inside. The showers were great with two shower heads. The living room and kitchen area along with the deck on the second story was amazing! It was very nice having two parking spots as well as a garage, especially on a holiday weekend where it is hard to find parking. I would definitely stay here again if I go back to Hermosa!

We have rented this house for three years in a row. It's superbly located, well furnished, comfortable, homey -- and it held my family of 11, sometimes 12, beautifully. Plenty of bedrooms, all with reading lamps and nice sheets, and three bathrooms -- so never a problem even with all of us. The famous Mickeys is right across the way with great sandwiches -- and that's a bonus, too. There's internet access, and cable tv in every room. I highly recommend this rental. The management team are terrific, too - highly flexible and helpful, and are there in a few minutes when you need them.
