This was our second year that we spent a week here at this wonderful condo. The day after our stay here I immediately reserved it again for next year. We absolutely love it there. Everyone at Dreamcatcher is amazing and accommodating. Linda the girl who meets you upon arrival is the best! I keep her number in my phone now. The condo is beautifully done and situated in the perfect place on the strand. It has a nice big patio to enjoy sitting on all day and met lots of people out there. We parked our car and didn't use it until we left! I can't say enough good things about our stay here... enjoy!

We stayed in mid april 2013. The weather was perfect. Rachael at Dreamcatcher Marketing was very pleasant and easy to work with. Our booking process went smoothly. The pictures we saw prior to our booking was exactly how the home looked upon arrival.
Positives: Perfect location on The Strand for people watching. Great beach and also the best sunset views right outside your front door. Loved the fancy kitchen!! And the Spa showers were superb! Took us a little while to figure out which knobs worked for which jets. But once we got the hang of it, the bathroom was a great ammenity. We also used the gas fireplaces every night, in the living room and Master bedroom. Made the atmospher special and they were easy to turn on and off.
Negatives: Although this property is right on the beach and we understand there is lots of dust and sand blowing around. Upon arrival it was quite apparent that this property had not had a deep cleaning in months. I would suggest having a talk with the cleaning crew. For the $200 cleaning fee we paid, I would think they would be going over the place with a fine tooth comb. Inside drawers, on doors, kitchen cabinets - were thick with dust and just plain dirty. The floor could use a good steam cleaning. Kitchen, bathrooms and beds were clean and acceptable. The light switches were a nightmare. After a week, we still had no idea how to turn on and off certain lights. Property was wired to the max - spot lights, track lighting, ceiling tray lighting. I would suggest some type of labeling for each switch plate to advise the renter of which switch was for which lights. It litterly took 5-10 minutes to turn off all the lights every night before bedtime. Internet connection not great.
All in all, we would definately recommend this property as a great place to stay durng a visit to Hermosa Beach - Dreamcatcher Marketing was great to work with, they responded to all our needs. We would return again without hesitation. We thoroghly enjoy our stay!

We had a great family vacation here and the kids loved being right on the beach. Most of the amenities were top notch. The amenities allowed us to spend most evenings barbaquing and spending quality time together after longs days at the beach. Mickey's Deli behind us was key and the people could not have been more friendly! I would reccomending this to anyone traveling to the South Bay area. I also give many thanks to the Dreamcatchers staff, Rachel, as well as Linda who was the property manager. Any time we asked for anything she delivered immediately!! The only detail I believe was not up to par for such a beautiful space was the beds and the linens. Both of these things could use some major improvement

Beautiful sunsets with the beach right out your door. Great location and easy walk to restaurants and shops in the hermosa square. Be sure to rent bikes to ride along the beach path. We rode to Marina del Rey for lunch. Beaches along the way are nice but Hermoosa is the best.
The home has all the latest in technology and you won't need to bring a thing.
Linda was an excellent property manager and was quick and curtious

This was our second trip to Hermosa Beach and a second location booked brought Dreamcatcher. It's hard to top our first experience but our second was even better. This condo is beautiful. Rachel, Claudia and especially Linda tend to your every need and made our second trip even better than the first. We will be back!!!

- Met by Dreamcatcher staff when we arrived, they were very helpful. Showed us how everything worked and gave us great advice on what to do during our stay.
- Home was amazing, all newly upgraded with interesting lighting throughout. Very relaxing sitting out on the patio just people watching.
- Location was right on "The Strand" (couldn't get any closer). Also located within walking distance to multiple restaurants in Hermosa Beach and the Redondo Beach Pier.
- Location was great, we recommend a very nice Mexican Restaurant called 'La Playita by the Sea' for their breakfast burrito's. -

The Service received was wonderful, location allowed us to walk to the Comedy Club, great entertainment and good food. Loved the large patio next to the Strand which allowed you to talk to many locals, fun to people "watch". The Beach was lovely and a great walk to the Pier for breakfast. My only complaint would be that the front door lock was not easy to open. Thanks to all for making My Montana crew comfortable and happy.

What a wonderful stay! Clean, beautifully kept, and right on the beach! About a 10 minute walk from the pier, restaurants and night life. This little beach home has such a warm feeling with it's wooded ceiling, and fireplace. Comfortable beds, spacious master bedroom, and clean bathrooms. I highly recommend this beach home to my dearest friends and family for any future vacations or mini getaways. What can be better than a beautiful luxurious condo on the strand right across the from an incredible beach with volleyball courts?!

I stayed at this wonderful condo for 3 days! I travel a lot and this is one of the most relaxing times of my life. The condo is on the beach, with an amazing kitchen that I loved cooking in while I was looking at the beach (I didn't plan to cook while I was on vacation). I will definitely be back. The Dreamcatcher crew are very helpful and easy to work with - from the beginning to the end!

The location and service provided by Dreamcatcher to rent the house was great. The only concern I had was the cleanliness of the house. First of all, we ran out of toilet paper, no extra trash bags, dirt and old food droppings under the furniture, lots of dust. The garden boy came by to attend to the plants outside and all he did was water - never picked up the old cigarette butts or fixed the outdoor garden lighting. Also no aC! That was a shock to us.

Linda, our resource person was very accessable. The diswasher and trash compacter were in need of emergency repair as well as a noisy/clicking fan over the master bed. she got it all corrected the day we called. The beds were all uncomfortable. An air mattress on the king could never get firm, making the bed very hot for a 30 year old couple. No menapause involved. The floors need a very good scrubbing, swept or mopped but not clean.

get together for a "college reunion" get together. Very relaxing, on The Strand
with luxury amenities and a full service staff. From the meet and greet w/Linda,
booking with Kimber and the follow up with the owner Claudia. We were all
very happy with Dreamcatcher!!
