A fully restored, 1930s, beach house with modern amenities lets you know that you are definitely on vacation. The house faces the Pacific Ocean and enjoys the sights and sounds of the beach. Views from Catalina Island to the mountains of Malibu. Watch the sunsets from the large deck, and go to sleep listening to the waves crashing on the beach.
The four bedrooms (two bath) comfortably sleep eight and can easily handle up to ten. Plenty of outdoor space on the property provides room for everyone to relax. Enjoy a spacious deck for lounging and sunsets, dining on the patio or relaxing in the yard.
