Xenon Apollonos is housed in an old historical building of 1830 fully, preserved and restored, located at 8 Apollonos street in Vaporia a quiet area ,2 min from the center of Hermoupolis.
The 300 sq m building which used to be the residence of Hatzi Andreas Kriaras the president of the chancellorship who declared the Greek revolution in Crete during 1821, is hanging over the sea cliffs .

I have stayed at Xenon appollonos several times and the place is amazing, especially if you stay in the rooms that overlook the sea. The hotel is a beautifully restored building that's full of history, and each of the rooms is carefully decorated with impeccable style! I loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves and having breakfast on the balcony staring at the sea. It is located in the heart of Ermoupoli, which is great for leisurely walks, good food and beautiful architecture. Syros is the quiet hidden treasure of the aegean, perfect for island hopping to Mykonos and Tinos. Our stays at Xenon appolonos have been what Greece is all about: breathtaking views of the sea and the town, great hospitality and delicious food. We can't wait to return this summer.
