"We have traveled extensively all over the world, usually for business purposes. Rarely do we have a chance to stay in one place for 2 weeks, and this stay was the most wonderful and relaxing we have had in years.
First of all, the condo was at least as nice as the pictures. The whole place was so comfortable and inviting that we felt at home at once. When we went to prepare the gorgeous tuna that we caught we were so happy to have a gas barbeque on the patio for our own use. There is one available at the very nearby pool - actually one at every pool- but we were not interested in a community event. We like our privacy, and the resort is really geared for people like us as well as more social guests. There are so many wonderful restaurants within Los Suenos, and I think we tried them all without complaints, but we still love to cook and do our own thing. Fortunately, the kitchen was really well equipped and we had no problems. Ate on the covered patio whenever we weren't out trying something new. We were just one couple in this really huge condo and would have been fine in a smaller unit, but space is nice. If you go, be prepared to want to stay. Everything is so first class and well maintained. The owners were great to work with and they use a rental company with super responsive and nice people. Just go. We plan to go back next year. If you want five star accommodations & if luxury is what you desire, this is it!!! We just returned from a week at this fabulous condo. The 6 who stayed & here were very pleased. The condo is tastefully decorated & spacious. We were most pleased with how it was stocked with everything we needed. We never had to ask for anything. The balconies were wonderful to sit & watch the abundant wildlife. Several mornings/late afternoons we were amazed by mackaws that would make their majestic flights by the balcony. The condo is located within perfect proximity of anything you can imagine to do & the rainforest view is overwhelming in beauty. Both the condo & resort are meticulous in detail. All restaurants within the resort have fabulous food & service. There are nice pools within steps of the front door of the condo, or if you prefer the magnificent pool at the Beach Club, it's only a minute or two ride on the golf cart. This pool is very large & unique in design & offers a great swim up bar. It was never crowded & was relaxing with friendly, helpful staff.
The owners of this condo were wonderful to work with & I asked many questions/recommendations of things to do. Each & every recommendation that was madeturned out to be just as described. One place that was recommended to me was Villa Caletas that is a short drive from Los Suenos. This is one place that you don't want to miss. The food & view from this place are indescribeable & you have to experience it for yourself to know what I am talking about. (You can google it to see what I mean!)The 6 of us that made this trip have traveled abroad & we all agreed that this is at the top of our lists of wonderful places to vacation & we would not hesitate to stay there again. The owners of this condo strive to make your stay an enjoyable one & we never had the slightest complaint about our accommodations. If a picture paints a thousand words, these pictures are a bit short on words. This condo and it's location are a perfect match; Amazing! Yes, all the comfort and convenience of a gorgeous home, but in the middle of a tropical paradise,surrounded by breathtaking flora and fauna. Both verandas overlook an award winning (and challenging) golf course that meanders through a rainforest. Toucans, Mackaws and other tropical birds occasionally perch on the trees right in front of you, as if you weren't even there. What a thrill! The Los Suenos resort itself is absolutely delightful. Meticulously maintained, Los Suenos offers a variety of pleasures and conveniences, all designed to indulge us to the max! The service is impeccable too and the folks who maintain this amazing resort were always eager to accomodate us...and never without a warm smile. We felt so welcome. We so loved being here, we will be back soon.

We were lucky enough to stay in the Costa Rican Dream House Condo for 8 days! It was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. Being a family of 5, we always stay at condos and this one was definitely the most tastefully decorated of all. It felt like we were in a "real” home. The set up is great with one master bedroom/bath upstairs with its own balcony (great for stargazing), a master bedroom/bath down stairs with a balcony (and a great hammock) and a 3rd bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom in the hallway. Our favorite area was the large balcony off of the main living area which had a table for 6. It is a great place to enjoy outside dining and simply relax. The views are spectacular! All the comforts of home were provided (towels, pots, pans, all sorts of kitchen gadgets- anything you would need to prepare a great meal).
The grounds of the condo were great too. There is a terrific pool/hot tub at the condo and having access to the” Beach Club” was a plus (loved the swim up bar ?)! Los Suenos has several very nice restaurants. We really enjoyed Dolce Vita the coffee/pastry shop.
We did so many things... we spent a day at Manuel antonio, zip lined at the Los Suenos Canopy Tour, repelled, climbed, jumped into waterfalls and experienced all sorts of things on the adr-10 in-1 adventure (our favorite), saw our guide feed huge crocodiles on the crocodile adventure and mangroves tour, went surfing at Jaco Beach (Surf Factory), and enjoyed our time at the condo and the Beach Club pool. It was a fabulous trip! We can't wait to go back! Pura Vida!

Three fellow observers with the International Game Fish Tournament Observers stayed here while observing the Signature Billfish Tournament in January. We found the unit very clean, welcoming, full of amenities . Perfect location to relax after 12 hours on the water each day. We would highly recommend to anyway looking for a place that provides quiet and comfort.

It was a pleasure staying in your home during our trip to Costa Rica. Your home far exceeded our expectations. Not only was it very clean, it was tastefully and comfortably decorated. We appreciated the many creature comforts like numerous bathrooms, comfortable beds, extra towels to name a few. We were also impressed with the fully equipped kitchen. No matter what we cooked, the right utensils were there. We spent many hours on the balcony watching humming birds, mot mots, and Macaws. Another appreciated touch was your books and brochures that helped us identify which tours to go on. We went to Villa Caletas our last evening and it was fantastic. We also went to dolce vita and adventure dinning which also was great. Thanks for the suggestion on walking the roads early in the morning along the golf course; we saw monkeys, toucans, morphos, coatimundis, macaws, mot mots and many other birds. Ate at lemon zest which was really good. Stephanie arranged a driver to take us to Manual antonio, his name was Pedro and drives a taxi and we would recommend him to everybody, he used to give tours at Manual antonio so we had our own private tour. We left one of his cards in your condo. Maverick Sport fishing was also top notch. Lastly, thank you for providing us with such a lovely home to enjoy our first visit to Costa Rica.

It is the only way we have of knowing if you are pleased with the condo, the amenities, the services, etc., etc. Sounds like you really were, which I am happy to say is the typical response we get from our renter guests. Guess we are doing something right!! We constantly upgrade the linens and such with fresh replacements and have fabulous staff to help keep everything top notch. There is so much beauty and wildlife right there by the condo and it is such a thrill to see it all - much of it right from the patio with a cup of great Costa Rican coffee. We recently stayed for one week in this lovely condo which is located in a beautiful setting. The spacious back balcony/patio overlooks the resort golf course, includes a large table, and is perfect for enjoying outdoor dining. An excellent barbecue is also provided on the balcony.
Property management service was prompt at check-in and they were responsive to our requests. The apartment itself is spacious, in excellent condition, and very well appointed with each bedroom conveniently having its own full bath. Since we like to cook, we look for accommodations that have all the cooking gear and we were not disappointed. Everything is there to prepare and serve gourmet meals from the kitchen.
The grounds of the condo and greater resort area are beautiful and exceptionally well maintained. Two lovely very private pools are only steps away on the left and right of the condo and a fully equipped gym is perhaps 50 yard s away in the same complex. If you want or need company there is a large beach club and pool also only a short walk just outside the condo complex gates. Further down the road in the opposite direction, a few minutes by golf cart, is the marina with a market place with shops including a "provisioner?, coffee house and bakery, and fine restaurants. What could be more convenient? And, if you seek a little exploration or night life, the small city of Jaco is just a few miles away. The city has numerous excellent sea food restaurants and is famous for its surfing waves.
All in all we had a wonderful and relaxing week interrupted by a fun round of golf on the resort's challenging and scenic golf course chock full of monkeys, toucans and coatimondis. The course is also just a few minutes from the condo front door.

We have stayed at Los Suenos before, so we were familiar with the resorts amenities, but this condo - The Costa Rican Dreamhouse - surpassed all of our expectations. The pictures do not do it justice. It's like living in a model home only cozier.
In previous years, one couple has been relegated to a "lesser” bedroom, but this dual-master floor plan (both with en-suites) was perfect for our group of four. The beds were extremely comfortable - the sheets and pillows were good quality and there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets available in the closets. The bathrooms were well appointed, the showers were large, the water was hot and plentiful, and the shower heads were installed high enough for my six foot three inch husband. The towels were large, plush, clean and plentiful. We were very pleased to have the safe in the upstairs closet as we prefer to lock up our passports but have not had a safe in any of our previous rental units.
The kitchen, like the rest of the home, was meticulously clean and well appointed. It was a huge time and money saver not to have to shop for basics like sugar, salt, spices and coffee. We made good use of the wine key and the beer cooler. There was even laundry detergent available on top of the brand new washer and dryer. The appliances were all new, for that matter, and the refrigerator was stocked with a variety of beverages upon our arrival so we did not have to go to the grocery until the next day.
Overall, our vacation was comfortable, relaxing, and fun - due largely to the fact that this condo doesn't feel like a rental, it feels as though you are a guest in someone's home... someone with impeccable taste who also cares deeply about ensuring that you have a very safe and enjoyable time on your vacation... which we did. Thank you! We'll see you again next year!

This is an amazing place to spend your vacations with friends or family. It has everything you need, from the kitchen to bedrooms. It´s also located in a very nice community and has excellent access to everywhere. Believe me it´s one of the nicest condos I´ve ever stayed in Los Sueños.

My recent vacation to the Costa Rican Dreamhouse was one of the best vacations I have ever had. It is a gorgeous condo in a stunning location. The people were friendly, the house was well stocked, and it was a perfect trip for my family. This was our first vacation out of the country with both children (ages 2 and 4). The condo had a crib for our youngest as well as 2 twin beds in the kids room. Their bathroom had a great bathtub for them, too. The upstairs master suite was comfortable and luxurious with a nice balcony. My parents helped take care of the kids and stayed in the 2nd master suite. There is plenty of space in the condo for a large family to have fun as well as privacy.
There were several swimming pools for us to choose from in a short walking distance or golf cart ride from the condo. The main pool has an enormous shallow area that allowed us to relax as the kids splashed around. I would highly recommend this rental for a family with children of any age. It has a great kitchen, indoor laundry area, is well stocked, and surrounded by fun activities. We saw three monkeys in the trees right by one of the pools next to our condo. We enjoyed zip lining through the rainforest canopy, horseback riding in the lush countryside, dining at amazing restaurants within Los Sueños resort, experiencing fresh tropical fruits at the local fruit stands, and relaxing on the porch with an unbelievable view of the golf course, mountains, and rainforest. The kids had an amazing time and constantly ask if we can go back to Costa Rica. I hope to take them back again next year. We will definitely stay at the Costa Rican Dreamhouse again.

This luxurious condo in a 5 star resort was fabulous! We enjoyed our stay tremendously in this spacious beautifully appointed condo. The owners went above and beyond with providing a mountain of great information of things to do during your stay. This home felt like a very well cared for home, not a rental. Anything you needed was available. The resort doesn't get any better in our opinion, there was plenty to do without a car, however so many places to go that were close to drive to. We would definitely return to this paradise!

Costa Rican Dreamhouse was such fun! We had a blast swimming in the many pools with are favorite, being the Beach Club pool- the kids never wanted to leave. With the setting of the yachts in the background and the spectacular gardens and beautiful weather, what more could we ask for. The upper level home allowed us great views of the mountain peaks surrounding Los Suenos. The beautiful golf course, and the all the wildlife which visited us just off our view deck made it very special. The use of their golf cart was such a plus. Being centrally located within the Los Suenos resort made it fun and easy to get around. There were sooo many things to do right there in Los Suenos that we actually had to force ourselves to go outside the resort to check the outlying area activities. My husband went sport fishing and all of us went on a sunset catamaran ride. The restaurants within the resort were all great -but the Bbq's on our private deck as well as pool side one made the evening times absolutely memorable. We never got tired of the good food, and of course, the pool and the beach times. So, Costa Rican Dreamhouse ,you made our dream vacation came true! Muchas gracias!
