Sun Breeze Villa is a 3 bedroom,1810sq foot oceanview luxury mediterranean style condo that is part of the world classed Los Suenos Resort. The condo is tastefully furnished by a Canadian designer and has all the amenities needed to make your stay as relaxing and carefree as possible.

Picture yourself enjoying a glass of wine while watching the sunset from our private covered terrace or enjoying a meal created entirely by our housekeeper.

Sun Breeze Villa has beautiful views of Herradura Bay, sunset, golf and mountain views! You'll never want to leave the terrace. Guests often tell us of how many birds they see from the terrace i...ncluding: Scarlet Macaws, Toucans, and several others. The condo is just steps to the beach, three swimming pools, Jacuzzis and gas grills. Sun Breeze Villa guests are privileged with complimentary passes for the exclusive private beach club, and state of the art fitness club.

Guests love our housekeeper - purchase the groceries and she will cook for you or help you prepare a meal. Pick from our list or tell her what you would like to eat. This service will save you a lot of $$$. Other residence's would charge a high per meal cost for this.

Sun Breeze Villa's master suite has a king-sized bed, television, desk, his and hers closets (with safe) and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two double beds and the third bedroom has two twin beds; these bedrooms share the hall bathroom. If you decide to cook, our residence features a fully equipped kitchen including oils, spices and cookbooks.

Our residence is very well suited for "luna de miel" honeymooners, families, couples and friends. When you arrive, you will find a gift waiting for you of local treats.

We are one of the few units in Los Suenos that manages our unit privately which means you are communicating directly with the family who owns the unit. Due to this our prices and services are better priced; in addition this allows us to be able to offer you unique services that are not available with management companies.

HIGH SEASON SALE:
When you book a holiday with us until the end of April 30th, for this period, you can enjoy $300 off your rental (high season and mid season) low season: $200 off. To qualify for this: it is for new bookings only, and the rental must be firm (a 50% deposit is due on booking). The deposit can be paid by: visa, MasterCard, money gram, western union, wire transfer, email money transfer or paypal (a 5% fee applies).

For families with more than 7 people, there is an extra fee for the 8-10th guests.
If paying by mastercard or visa, a 13% Costa Rican tax is due. All rates are in USD.

For $105 each direction for 1-4 people, a shuttle can be booked to & from San Jose airport

To book our condo, 50% is due on booking, and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Thirty days prior to arrival, we also take a damage deposit which will be returned to you as long as everything is in the same condition as when you arrived. If you live in the United States, you have the option of purchasing property protection insurance for $49 (for couples), or $59 (for families with children or for more than 2 people). If you do not want to do this option, a security deposit cheque can be mailed to us instead. Questions? Ask us.

Our rates include up to 7 people. Exceptions can be granted at times for babies and additional children. Please inquire for the rate for additional guests. Pets cannot be added in any circumstance - thank-you for understanding.

1. What medical facilities are available at the resort and San Jose?
Costa Rica has universal health care, one of the best health systems in Latin America. Located in Los SueƱos, is
the CARE Clinic a private medical facility administered by the same team that
operates the renowned CIMA private hospital in San Jose.

2. How safe is Costa Rica?
Costa Rica is generally considered to be a very safe country and Costa Ricans on the whole are honest and friendly people. Itā€™s no wonder Costa Rica ranks as one of the worldā€™s happiest nations. With excellent health care and a high quality of life coupled with moderate cost of living, Costa Ricans live long, healthy lives in one of the most beautiful countries on earth.

3. Is Herradura (Los SueƱos) remote?
Absolutely not! We are exceptionally well located! Itā€™s the ideal location because youā€™re only 60 minutes to the airport, only 1 hour to Manuel Antonio Park, and only 20 minutes to one of Costa Ricaā€™s premier national parks (Carrera). Additionally youā€™re only 10 minutes to Jaco (an ideal spot for surfing and nightlife), 20 minutes to waterfalls, less than 10 minutes to zip lining, horseback riding etc. There are many things to see and explore around us; we can make recommendations to you for exciting excursions all within less than 2 hours driving time.

4. I plan on going on tours, can you make recommendations?
Definitely! There are a lot of tours offered in Costa Rica. We would be more than happy to make recommendations for you before your trip and during your trip. Also, there is an on-site tour office open most days in the marina village.

  I really enjoyed my stay at this beautiful villa. The accommodations were very spacious and the view was gorgeous! My favourite thing was waking up to the cheerful sound of the birds and then eating my breakfast on the balcony overlooking the ocean.
  
  The weather was perfect all week. It was beautifully warm but always comfortable. I heard from talking to people that the location of this condo is well positioned for consistently great weather compared to other parts of Costa Rica.
  
  I enjoyed visiting Manuel antonio, Villa Caletas and the city of Jaco, but I was also happy to lounge around the pools at the resort and swim in the ocean. The restaurants at the resort are very good, as is the cooking by the maid. It was sure a treat to have someone making my meals for me! It all made for a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation!

  the condo is brand new in very goood shape and very quiet. it is comfortable and modern. The maid is very sweet and her daughter can do baby sitting. it is 10 mn walk from a beautiful beach. The city of Jaco is not really pretty but there are very nice places to visit in the vicinity. We recommend manuel antonio and the hotel arena del mar with a private beach. Try the horseriding 10 km from jaco on a 10 km beach with nobody. Costa rica is really worth a visit if you love nature. There are also good surf teacher on jaco beach

  The condo was amazing and the owners were awesome to deal with!! I can't say enough about our stay. The condo was immaculate, clean and it smelled great. We loved being spoiled by the large bedrooms, high ceilings, tile, granite and an array of wonderful furnishings. Everything was in like new condition. There were movies and games for the kids too. The pool was clean and so pretty. It was also nice having a cook and someone to do our laundry...we felt so spoiled! I loved the fact that we could deal with the owners directly. They communicated promptly and were great to deal with. The area is nice and there is a lot to do. Make sure you go to Villa Calletas for the sunset...breathtaking! Have fun, it is well worth the stay.
