Bay Residence is our favorite set of condos in Los Suenos with ocean view and for a very affordable price. The gardens are also extremely well kept. You can see all sorts of birdlife from here as well. The unit itself is very well appointed. It includes entrance to the beach club where you can spend all day with drink and food service. (do not forget to bring a towel, though, as this is not offered at the pool.)
The staff at Stay in Costa Rica is available 24 hrs and extremely helpful.
