The Golden Beach holiday villa are situated in a stunning 12-hectar tropical garden with a swimming pool (heated in winter season).
Your holiday can be spent by the pool or by the beach, and is just perfect for holidays as a family or as a couple.
It is a 1 min. walk away from the Herzliya beach (dabush and accadia beach) right opposite the Daniel hotel and
a 1 min. walk from the local supermarket, coffee houses, hair dressers, pharmacy etc.
You are also in walking distance to the Herzliya Marina with its Arena Mall and a vast variety of restaurants and bars.

Golden Beach 124 is a real gem of a find for anyone looking for a peaceful holiday rental near the beach and within easy distance of Tel-Aviv. (20 mins drive by car)
We recently stayed at Golden beach complex with our parents, brother and sister in law including our 17 month old daughter and my brother and sister in-law's 6 month old baby and everything was just perfect. Its a very safe modern and clean holiday rental that has been fitted out to a high spec. Just a few feet away is a beautiful swimming pool which is in the well manicured grounds of the complex. Pool was always fairly quiet and we often had it to ourselves.
The location of the villa was perfect - just 5 mins stroll down to the main Herzliya beach (opposite the Daniel Hotel) and within 20 mins walking distance of the great restaurants of the Commercial District or again 15 mins walk to the Marina and the arena Shopping mall.
We couldnt recommend this place highly enough and Dana and absolut Exclusiv went out of their way to ensure that everything was provided for us when we arrived so that the holiday went incredibly smoothly. We would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be visiting again when we next visit Israel. -

We spent a week in this lovely villa and enjoyed every minute of it. It is newly refurbished and very modern with all the modern conveniences anyone would need. We found the location to be absolutely perfect being so close to the beach plus with a lovely pool - what more could you ask for? We had our twin grandsons with us, aged 2 1/2, so this villa was perfect for them to have lots of room to play and run around and the huge garden was perfect for them. The kitchen was fabulous to work in and we had a large family dinner on Friday night. Anyone would love to have this kitchen in their home! All our needs were met by Peter and Gabby - they helped us out several times with issues we had, such as when the baby got ill and we had to find the medical centre, just to name one situation! the entire villa is lovely and it's great for large groups, whether family or friends. The square is literally at your door with many shops, coffee shop, grocery store etc, so you don't really need a vehicle unless you want to travel around Israel. The location is just across from the Dan hotel and the Shizen Spa hotel - we even booked in for treatments! We cannot say enough about this villa and really do look forward to our next visit. Thanks Dana for everything!! (she is lovely and very helpful indeed!)

It was comfortable, convenient, fully stocked (dishes, etc) and the rental agents are the most delightful people. They were very helpful to us! -

I would definitely recommend staying here. This is a modern house with all of the facilities you would require. the garden and pool are fantastic and it is a very short walk from the beach and local shops.

This is a 5 bedroom, 3 floor apartment in a walled complex that has a garden and a heated pool in the middle. It is a very quiet complex, mostly elderly people so be aware you must be quiet. You wouldn't be appreciated by the other owners if you are a rowdy large group there to party or have kids who are loud (example: the rules state that quiet hours around the pool are 2-4pm) For us that was OK as we spent our time at the beautiful beach which is a 2 minute walk. Fine white sand, incredible sunsets, lounge chairs and umbrellas to rent. November is low season so the beach was empty but the weather was still great. The apartment is modern and minimal in an art deco way. Beware that on top of the weekly rent, you pay for electricty (A/C), cleaning($150) and towel/sheet laundry which adds up.
We had a problem with the TV not working and it finally got fixed on our departure, but we only stayed 4 days. The managers were very responsive, before we arrived and while we were there but it was out of their control and they called in the satellite providers who had to fix it all. No compensation was offered but we swung a deal to not pay the electricity in exchange.
Great restaurants in the Herzliyah area. The manager recommended places. The restaurent by the tennis club is fabulous. Watching the sunset with excellent wine and appetizers was a highlight. Benedicts just down the street for breakfast had a long line on the weekend. Cafe Cafe was yummy. Parking not an issue on the street behind the complex. Good little shopping area 500m away with a grocery store, excellent bakery, banks, exchange, shops, and coffee houses. -

A very modern style spacious villa allowed for a great holiday.
It was easy to relax both inside and outside thanks to the space, the grass area in front of the villa, its position near the pool and both the indoor and outdoor furniture.
Great location, near local shops and within easy walking distance to the beach again made it a great place to stay.
