Main level has well equipped, updated kitchen, dining area that seats 8, and has entrance to a covered porch. Living room has gas log fireplace, vaulted ceilings, entrance to deck, CATV with VCR and DVD. Full bath with sunken tub with shower. Mst. Grovetown Gajust like grandmas, old and almost comfortable

The best beds were upstairs, downstairs the mattresses need to be replaced, very hard,but brought foam mattress cover and was fine. House is old and well loved, in need of mold repair downstairs.
Family room is great and nice porches, covered and uncovered areas. Wonderful view. Did notice odor from septic not too terrific. Overall nice visit, not top of the line, but affordable and comfortable enough. -

This house was perfect for families with the multiple levels. A great neighborhood that we could take the children for walks. It was very close to town and it had a very beautiful view. The only setback on the deck was the slats were too wide so had to be careful with the small toddlers.
