Hollingswood offers spectacular views and location. It was a very beautiful house and we had a great time! However, we brought a bunch of food to cook so that we could save money and enjoy the house, but we couldn't get the outdoor grill or the oven to work properly, so we ended up having to pan fry everything. Also, we couldn't get the outdoor lights to come on.
Otherwise, the stay was great. The view itself was definitely worth the money! -

We have rented through The Chambers agency for years and they are great to work with. This past May was our first visit at Hollingswood which is in a natural setting on top of a mountain. The house sets on the Eastern Continental Divide looking east and south over Horse Cove and the Chattooga River Gorge. We really enjoyed it. It is located 10 minutes from town, has a road for morning and evening walks, and a grand view of the sunrise coming over the mountains. The house was lovely and very comfortable. The old grill was out- dated and difficult to cook on, otherwise a wonderful place to spend a week or more.

Check in and check out was a breeze. The 'starter' bag the Chambers agency left for us was perfect. The house is very comfortable and the view of Whiteside Mt. and the nighttime stars from the deck was awesome. The house has all the amenities and conveniences for a relaxing get away. The location is perfect, not too far from the village, yet quiet and secluded.
