The newly built, 2-storey house boasts a spacious master bedroom with attached bathroom on the first floor. The master bedroom has a choice of two beach-view balconies from which to watch the sunset.

this beach house is really nice, is located in a quite place but close to everything just a couple of minutes walking and there is bars and good restaurants. House is as well very clean and well maintained. Maduranga (the owner) was an excellent person, helped in anything we needed including our tours through Sri Lanka, the keeper of the house was also very nice, always offering fresh coconut. looking forward to go back again..

My husband and I stumbled upon this lovely villa while looking for self catering accommodation for our honeymoon in Sri Lanka. We found it to be clean and spacious and had everything one would need for a comfortable holiday. The cutlery and crockery is basic, as well as the beds a little hard- but on the whole a lovely villa. The wet room is clean and functional, and provides cool- not cold water to refresh you from the heat of the day! The second en suite bedroom is conveniently located with its own entrance so to ensure you and your friends have privacy.Its literally a stones throw from the waves and a short scooter/tuk tuk ride into Hikkaduwa. There is a lovely restaurant to the left of the villa, which makes cracking devilled chicken and chips along with the small, yet handy supermarket down the road. There are also plenty of bars and restaurants within a 15 minutes walk along the beach.
Listen to the waves from either balcony on the top floor or enjoy a starlit walk along the beautiful beach.
Also, Poseidon diving is a must- fantastic dives and service! -

I stayed here with a friend for 7 nights, The location is OK but you can not walk to town to far, there is a very good little bar next door for breakfast and cold beer if needed. The villa is 2 bed room but 1 very large bedroom in main house and second bed room at back with own front door a little strange but worked ok, there is no hot water but its so hot I did not miss it,kitchen very small fridge good. The beach front was great but when we stayed it was far to rough to swim very large waves.. but owner said we were unlucky at time of year. There is a little road noise but on the whole its ok.
