The Washington cabin is a log A frame cabin with 630 sq. ft. which accommodates up to 6 people. This A-frame has 1 bedroom: 1 queen bed on main floor and 2 singles and 1 double bed in the loft and a Futon sleeper sofa in the living room. Included are 1 bathroom and a full kitchen. Enjoy your own private Hot Tub on the deck. For your convenience the cabin has AC, Satellite TV, outdoor grill, and private phone lines. Patterson Creek and a fishing pond are adjacent to the property. It's a great spot for hiking and fishing and there's even a corral and large fenced area for your horses.

Additional notes from owner
A 50% deposit is required at the time a reservation is booked. (Reservations over Holidays and Special Events are non-refundable please see information below). Matkins Realty accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, Money Order or Personal Checks. (all Reservations require a credit card on file and the credit must not expire prior to arrival). The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival and a reminder is sent to the guest 15 days prior to due date. Guest will be charged the balance due on the due date if no prior payment arrangements are made. Guests will be contacted in the event of a declined credit card if no response is received within 48 hours this will result in forfeiture of any previously held deposits and cancellation of the reservation. Cancellations are assessed a $50 fee. No refunds will be given after the cancellation deadline. Guests are required to complete rental agreement.
