Located on the first floor of the Barrington Court building, 115 Barrington is an elevated one story with lovely views of the grounds with the ocean beyond. A large balcony is accessed from the living room and master bedroom. The living room has a 42" flat screen TV and DVD/VCR combination.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, and renovated master bath with walk in shower and seat. The second bedroom features a queen and a twin bed, TV and access to the hall bath with tub/shower combination.

This unit is on lowest level of building, this really makes it 2nd floor because parking garage in on bottom. You can still see and hear ocean but don't have to wait for elevators by using one set of stairs. This unit would be great for the elderly of anyone with small children. Very nice unit that was stocked with everything we needed.

The whole purpose of this particular vacation was to relax. The villa allowed us to sleep, eat, beach, eat, sleep and more beach. The villa was clean and well stocked w/ appropriate cooking utensils and pots. The restrooms were clean and orderly and the bedrooms and living areas were tidy.
One suggestion is to replace the king bed in the main bedroom. With a luxury price and other accommodations, it is reasonable to expect a higher quality of mattress. That said, -

My family and I had planned to stay in Gulf Shores, AL for our annual summer vacation but because of the unfortunate oil situation in the gulf, we had to look elsewhere. My wife and I had spent our honeymoon in Hilton Head in July of 1988 and loved the area for the beautiful beaches, fine dining, deep sea fishing, golfing and much more. We came across Barrington 115 online and because of limited availability on such short notice, we decided to book it. The condo was beautiful, very clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and would come back in a heartbeat. The only thing we would look for different in the future would be a better view of the ocean. Thank you Resort Rentals of Hilton Head Island for the excellent customer service and for making our vacation a memorable one.

The key pad to enter the unit did not work and we were unable to enter the unit for three hours. The rental agency finally brought a key to use. It was not until the next day that service to the lock was taken care of--it was a battery. This should not have happened.
We found the unit did not have sufficient kitchen supplies--which we had to purchase--wine glasses, steak knives, spatulas, vegetable peeler. Some of the dishes were cracked or not available. There should have been sufficient standard supplies available. -

The condo we stayed in was incredibly easy to reserve, check-in/out and find on the island. We thought it was all too good to be true but it wasn't. The condo was super clean, cool, equipped with everything we needed. The condo complex was a great location in Palmetto Dunes. Would love to stay here again!
