Located on the third floor of the Barrington Court building, 310 Barrington features panoramic views of the lagoon, pool and grounds with the ocean beyond. A large balcony is accessed from the living room and master bedroom. The living room has a 45" flat screen TV and DVD/VCR combination.
Pet Friendly Rental Rules and Conditions Apply.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, 42" flat screen TV, and private bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features 2 twin beds, flat screen TV and access to the hall bath also with Jacuzzi tub/shower combo.

We stayed in the condo after a few years at the Hilton property just down the street. Having the 2 bedrooms with two boys was great, as was the living area. The property pool area was nice for the family, as was the location steps from the beach. The property showed wear/age in the kitchen and bathrooms, but it was adequate for the amount of time we spent there. The living area was very comfortable. Having the TVs in the bedrooms also was excellent allowing the family to watch different shows if they wanted. Again, great location within Palmetto Dunes.

We enjoyed our stay at the Barrington 310 very much. We were right on the beach so we had easy access. We had all the amenities needed, such as wireless internet, swimming pool, and hot tub. Our condo was such that we were not right on top of our neighbors; and we had covered parking for our car. Resort Rentals was very efficient in getting us booked and also when we checked in and out. I was very pleased w/the service they gave me. The best part of our stay was being on the beach; the least part was that our condo did not directly face the ocean. Overall, I would stay there again and would recommend it to others.

I came to Hilton Head Island with my two teenage children. We have been to the island many times before but had not yet stayed in Barrington. We found the complex to be very nice and absolutely loved the fact that you could see the ocean from almost anywhere in the condo. The living areas were quite comfortable, though the kitchen could have been a little better supplied. (Cooking without potholders was a bit of a challenge, the knives were rather dull, and though there was a surplus of dishes & glasses, we could have used more silverware) Aside from that, I was quite pleased with the unit and would stay there again. Palmetto Dunes is a great place to be on the island -- very centrally located, great for walking or biking, and just a wonderful way to spend a week of our summer. Can't wait to go back.
