There is a king in the master, queen and a twin bed in the guest bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The service I received from Hhvr was topnotch as usual. The check-in information was ready, accurate and complete.
Colonnade 204 is a comfortable winter retreat. It has recently been purchased by new owners and they have concentrated on the essentials. The beds are extremely comfortable and everything was neat, clean and tidy. The kitchen is need of repair and sadly the cupboards had recently been painted - everytime I would open the cupboard doors, some of the paint along the bottom came off. It would really enhance the unit if the cupboards, countertops and floors were replaced and upgraded. The couch in the living room was nice looking but I found it rather uncomfortable to sit on.
I liked the location as it was close to the BBQ area and a short walk to the beautiful pool and hottub.
With some improvements I would be happy to recommend it to friends. -

It all start off with a short call customer service was great. We picked up our instructions and was off to Colonnade Club 204. We got there went in and the overall look of the condo was great. The location was great because we were close to the pool. But the beach location was said to be a 5 minute walk and it was more of a 10 minute walk. We loved to trip but not so much the stay only because we did not like that fact that our condo was not clean to the standards that it should have been. Meaning that there was children toys, old chips, Medicine under the sofas. There were also bugs and the air stayed at the temp that was set so you could not get no cooler then what it was set to.
