This was our 4th time staying at Shorewood Villas. It is an amazing location, right across from Coligny Plaza. Everything you need is in walking distance.
We like the first floor location of this unit. It is nice to walk right off and into the grass and not wait for the elevator.
However, the cleanliness of the unit left a lot to be desired. The whole unit needs a good overall scrubbing. The master bedroom mattress needs desperately to be replaced.

Thank you for taking the time to send in your review. Yes, Shorewood Villas is located in a great location and therefore attracts many repeat guests. I am sorry that you had a cleaning issue. I wish that you had called us while you were here so that we could have sent the cleaning company back down to address any problems. We will notify the owner of this villa with your concerns about the mattress. These owners are very responsive to keeping this villa updated. In fact, they presently have the villa blocked off as they are having the bathrooms remodeled. We hope to see you again at Shorewood very soon.

We actually rented 3 condos for that week. Everything was wonderful. The condo kitchen was equipped with everything you could ever want or need. We will definitely stay at Shorewood again.

Beds were comfortable.
Condo was spacious.
Full washer/dryer was excellent
Easy walk to the beach.
Nice patio
Pool was close and descent size.
Fridge worked well
Security was good
Parking lot was not overfull
Cons
a/C would not adaquately cool the condo in late afternoon/evening.
Maintenance would not address the a/C issue. Got run around.
Tv were old and small
No teflon cookware
We would not return due to a/C issue. Otherwise, we would. -

Great Location, Nice condo. Had a great time! Few times the pool wasn't ready when it was suppossed to be open we had to wait on it. There was beach chairs on site so that helped. Next time I probably wont travel with mine.

This was my family's first trip to Hilton Head. The staff was very helpful and courteous at check in. The condo was amazing! I would highly recommend Shorewood 110 to anyone.

We were very happy with the accomadations and the staff at the property rental office. They met our needs and was very helpful. The unit was very nice and was stocked with all the necessities.

Jean, thanks for your feedback. I'm glad that you found this villa to be nice and it has a great ground floor oceanfront location. This owner has chosen not to furnish the villa with a sleeper sofa as he desires to keep occupancy levels to four. We have communicated your suggestions for more pots and pans to the villa owner. I'm confident that these items will be supplemented or replaced very soon.

Great Location to beach and Coligny Plaza

The unit was tastefully decorated with a beach theme which created a relaxing atmosphere. However, one felt like they need to make sure their tetnus shot was up to date as many items in the unit had rust on them, including the freezer, stove, dish washer, medicine cabinets. The outdoor furniture was very inviting, but on closer inspection you realized you would not be able to sit on it as there was way too much rust on it. We called management and asked for cushions, but they never returned our call. We did solve the problem by finding a table cloth to put over the table and taking the bar chairs from the kitchen area out to use on the deck. If we hadn't done this, we would not have been able to sit out in the mornings or evenings enjoying the ocean breezes and sounds. We have stayed at other units in this complex and have not seen the rust issues. This could be a very nice unit, if they updated the kitchen, baths and patio furniture.
