Palmetto Dunes Rental with High Speed Internet Nice 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath Hilton Head, South Carolina rental with a lovely golf course view located in the Palmetto Dunes Plantation. Kitchen was remodeled in the fall of 2009 and includes new kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops and tile flooring. The bedding is new and there is a king in the master, a queen in one guest bedroom, and 2 twins in the other. NO sleeper sofa. The unit has a covered deck with a grill. This villa was perfect. Very roomy with a large kitchen that had everything your own house would have. The three bedrooms were all bigger than I had imagined. The full sized washer and dryer made that dreaded chore much more efficient. The garbage can is right outside your door, so you don't have to haul it to a dumpster. My favorite part of this villa was the deck off of the dining room that overlooks the golf course. A peaceful place to be even when you have a 7 yr. old, a 10 yr.ld, and a 14yr. old with you. We rented bikes, and it was a quick pleasant ride to the beach. There are also a lot of places to do some fishing. I highly recommend this villa. Would have rented it for the 4th of July week if it was avaialable. Maybe next year. Perfection!!!

Have been to Hilton Head 8-10 times and this is the first time we have stayed in the Fazio Villas. The location was just off the 18th hole of the golf course. Great view in the morning with our coffee off the deck. 8 minute leisurely walk to the beach. Condo was very well equipped. Downstairs carpets had just been freshly cleaned. Quiet area. Pool area was very nice and cleaned every 2nd day.

We found this property on Vrbo while searching for a place to get away from the dreary weather of November in Ontario. We had never been to Hilton Head Island although we had sailed by it on the ICW earlier this year. We found the villa to be a great place to stay to enjoy the island and the surrounding area. It is close to the beach which affords great opportunities for biking and walking. The agency that handles the rental are very nice to deal with.
The villa was typical of most rentals in the area and met our expectations. Everything was functional and the renovated kitchen was a good feature along with the new gas grill. -

This three-bedroom villa was clean and quite comfortable. Furnishings were upscale but not luxurious. Spacious deck in back overlooking fairway was quite serene. Great location: short walk or bike ride to pool, tennis, beach, golf. I think Palmetto Dunes is the best plantation for vacationers.
Check-in was a snap--the office is right on 278 on the way to the villa.
We got a monthly rate that was quite a good value. As long as you don't need to be right on or near the ocean, this villa is perfect. -

Everything that we wanted. Eight of us slept comfortably. Nice family room. Short walk to the pool. Short drive or medium walk to the beach. Excellent value.

This condo is very spacious. The living room and dining room had plenty of room for all of us. It was also clean. I also liked the washer & dryer. It held all of my beach towels in one load. It was our first time to stay on a golf course and I enjoyed the shade. I liked the dunes buggy that picked us up and took us to the beach and restaurants. I recommend renting bikes. We did and had lots of fun.
