One of our villas in Hilton Head, SC on the ocean front, beach access is just a step away from this rental. 2 kings, 2 twins, sleeper sofa. 4 TVs, VCR, DVD, CD player. Pools, tennis, exercise room and jacuzzi, summer kids programs, playground and BBQ area on site. High speed internet. New! 42" flat screen plasma TV and electric fireplace. Non Smoking.

overall the condo was fine, and the complex was nice. the pictures are misleading. we chose this place over other units in the same complex due to 2 refrigerators in the kitchen. That's a mirrored wall in the kitchen. this kitchen is just as small as all the others in the complex. we had air conditioning troubles and it took a handful of calls to get it fixed. it was eventually fixed, but took too much effort on our part. they also went into the unit when only our children were there. they did not tell us when they were coming so that we could meet them there. was not happy about that.

Conda was very clean. Wish the owners at some point would update the kitchen like some of the other units with the wall gone to open up the space. 2 potholders and 2 dishcloths are not enough. No wire wisk. A crock pot would be nice. Not trying to be pciky so as you can see it was overall a great unit or else I would not be picking on such trivial things. Will be back next year.

We have been coming to HH for 13 years. Most of the time we stay in the Waterway as we only need one bedroom. When we bring family, we stay at the atlantis. We were pleased with everything.

Absolutely loved location and condo was about everything one could want. There was a small problem with the person who had cleaned unit, but Island Club staff was immediately responsive. Loved our stay and kids' activities every day. The only down side is that cooling system is probably doing all it can to keep unit cool. Living room/kitchen/dining area great, but bedrooms not really cooling down too well. We weren't sure if a/c unit too small for condo or filters needed changing so vents could "breathe." Otherwise, this is a wonderful condo with all the amenities one could ask for. First condo we have ever had that had ample storage space. Walk-in closets were terrific! We will definitely return!

We enjoyed everything about our stay. We had our two year old granddaughter and this property was perfect for her enjoyment (and ours). The location was convenient and the unit was perfect size for the six of us. I only wish we could afford to come more often or stay a little longer. We certainly had a great vacation.

This villa had every amenity and wasbeautifully furnished. The owners obviously put a lot of thought into making it welcoming. The proximity to the beach was awesome, and the view from the balcony amazing. A wonderful experience we will not hesitate to repeat and recommend to everyone.

We were very pleased with our stay in Island Club 2204. The unit was very clean and spacious (perfect for traveling with our young children and my in-laws), the view was beautiful and the Island Club amenities (esp. playground, accessibility to beach, grounds, pool, etc.) were great and very well-kept. Also got great service from Hilton Head Vacation Rentals. The only negative was that there were some places on the carpet in the unit where it was really frayed and needed to be fixed up a bit, but that was minor. For the price, this was the best oceanfront deal on Hilton Head. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We have been going to Hilton Head for our family vacation (with our extended family as well) for at least 13 years and have stayed at the Island Club for 12 of those years. We have always been happy with our accomodations, but this year we were especially pleased. We stayed in a 3 bedroom oceanfront condo which we have been in before and loved, but the recent remodeling made it that much nicer. We had no problems that needed attention this year, but in the past, when needed, the service and attention we received was always efficient. The complex swimming pool has also been recently renovated as well as the workout facility, but at times both can seem a bit small for the number of people that use them. We love the close proximity to the beach and the location of the Island Club on the island as well. It's close enough to the action, but yet away from it all. The complex has beautiful greenspace and picnic areas and it's always well maintained. We have also enjoyed the use of the tennis courts and the bike trails nearby. We have been going there so long and always know what to expect which is why it feels like home to us.

Good for small children....

Good location. Great rental staff and service staff. Close to beach. Good upkeep and management. Air conditioning dated and problematic. Probably would NOT rent this unti again until A/C situation remedied. We had to go out and purchase fans for use in all the bedrooms. Temperatures were freezing in dining and living areas. Complaints to management didn't bring results or feedback.

We stayed at the Island Club about 10 years ago and enjoyed it very much. This year we were looking for a place to meet our children and grandchildren and decided to return. We had a wonderful vacation. There was plenty for all of us to do. We used the pool, playground, and grills. Most of our time was spent on the beach.
The unit was very nice. The rooms were large, bright and well decorated. Two of the bedrooms had beautiful ocean views.
We will return soon and not wait another 10 years.
