we are members of the yacht club but needed more space for a week long vacation. the villa was wondoerful, very spacious, clean and great location. The view was wonderful! l really liked how open the kitchen was to the family room. we will definitely stay again when we need more room. the only thing i wish was better was the patio. it has such a great view and if the patio was larger it would be wonderful. it has the potential just clearing out bushes, etc. but all in all, it was a wonderful place and we had a great time.

We were thrilled to find this place online while booking a condo for a family wedding. Our grown children were able to have their privacy in the beautifully decorated upstair bedrooms while we had the second floor to ourselves. We all enjoyed the comfort, openness and fabulous views of the ground floor living and kitchen area. The location was perfect for attending the various wedding activities and the conveniences and charm of Harbour Town. We only used our car a few times to go to the grocery and to Salty Dogs, usually opting to ride bikes to the beach or to enjoy the trails. Our favorite past time was sitting in our lawn chairs under the live oak while reading books and watching the wildlife, various river activites, and the amazing sunsets. This ranks as one of our favorite places and family vacations. I will treasure these memories forever!

We enjoyed 704 Schooner Court immensely. This was the third time we have stayed there. It provides convenient access to stores, restaurants, the beach, and beautiful views. It provides the comforts of home.

We have stayed in this unit 3 or 4 times, We love the view, the floor plan and most of all the location in the "heart" of harbourtown. It is very well taken care and has a pride of ownership. This is our favorite unit at Schooner Court and we look forward to staying there and being in Hilton Head each August.

This is a great spot w/ a lovely view. I was there w/ my 4 kids and my
sister and her 2 kids. The kids especially loved searching for sea
creatures along the beach. The beach is 10 steps away in the

The musky scent problem has been addressed by the owner by having a thorough cleaning of all the HVAC duct work in the villa including an ultra violet treatment. I am happy to report that the musky scent has now disappeared for good. Please come back soon to rediscover Hilton Head Island all over again. We appreciate your feedback as it allows us to improve our service to all our customers.

Perfect location!

This is a beautiful villa within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. There is a trolley service across the street that takes you to the beach. The view of Calibogue Sound is beautiful from the back. I enjoy watching the dolphin in the morning and evening. The kitchen is well equipped to cook for a large family. Several grocery stores are a short drive away just outside of Sea Pines. A large capacity washer and dryer are inside the villa to keep laundry manageable. Bedrooms are very spacious, each with its own bathroom. We have stayed here twice and will definitely be back.
