Third Floor Villa with High Speed Internet Very nicely done, recently redecorated 3rd floor villa situated second balcony back from ocean with an ocean view, yet priced at our ocean side rates. New granite counter tops, sleeper sofa, loveseat, dining room table and chairs in 2010. Bedrooms separated by living area. Both bedroom have balcony access and televisions. The master bedroom features a king bed and private bathroom with garden tub. The guest bedroom contains two queen beds and private bath. Our condo was perfect except, Washer and dryer seem to need some attention, very noisy. Foyer door needs better stopper. Headboard on king size bed is loose. sliding glass door off living room difficult to open/close.

The accomodations were exactly as pictured on the website. The view was even better. We enjoyed the beach and pool. The only disappointment was that the barbecue area was under construction but we made due. The pool was refreshing and had plenty of room. The guards at the entrance were delightful. All in all it was a very relaxing atmosphere. We will definitely do it again.

The location is perfect and the complex has great resources. The condo needed some work. It was a little dirty and there was a leak in the kitchen sink and a huge leak stain and pealing ceiling in one of the bathrooms.

The master shower didn't seem as clean as units in the past. The TV's were GREAT! The view was the best we've ever had there! The water had a funny smell and taste to it. But over all, Great stay!!!!!

We had a fantastic time in Hilton Head. The Villa Mare was wonderful and had everything we needed. We would defintiely recommend it to anyone!

large spacious condo with ocean view. bathrooms could use some updating as could the sofa in the living room, air conditioning was not real adequate. we would stay at the villamare again but probably not this particular unit. we did enjoy the free hour of tennis each day.

Tennis family, thanks so much for your review. This is a large and spacious villa with an ocean view. We are having discussions with the owner regarding some updates to the bathrooms and kitchen as I write this. Hopefully things will occur within the slower fall season. I'm sorry that you found the a/c lacking. This is the first we've heard about this from anyone staying in this villa. But we will investigate further. The sofa is only a couple years old so that will not be changed in the next update. I'm happy to hear that you enjoyed the free tennis at Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center.
