The service was very good. The refrigerator door did not shut. You had to make sure that it was shut.

My husband and I stayed here the first week in april. I especially loved the fact that everything was very well taken care of, the condo, the outside areas, all was nice and clean and the fact that I never saw any bugs inside or out was a big plus for me. I would have loved to stay longer.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. We had everything we could possibly want while staying in this room. It was fully supplied with anything you would want or need. The only dissapointment was that it was not on the beach, but it was very close. It was just across the street and it was also located within a block of many shops and restaruants. Overall it was a great experience.

HH Vacation Rentals was very helpful when I called
to book a last-minute getaway. They recommended
#304 & we had a lovely stay there. (We are a couple
in our 30's, expecting our first child - it was a
"baby-moon").
The villa was a clean, comfortable & modern one
bedroom, including all the kitchen appliances as
well as a washer/dryer and a single-use supply of
laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent (but no
fabric softener). The bed and couches were very
comfortable and the shower worked well. There were
no coat hangers (which surprised me, and is a bit
annoying if you want to hang a dress or jacket) but
there were plenty of drawers to put away folded
items. They also only provide one roll of toilet
paper, so make sure to bring your own! (I was
notified of this by HHVR). The outlets seem to have
some trouble functioning at times, especially in
the kitchen. They might also review the contents of
the kitchen-wares drawer, as there were no
scissors. (You use scissors more than you would
think!)
The pool area is nice as well, even if the outdoor
amenities (and building in general) are a bit
dated. The elevator in particular seemed a bit old
and stodgy.
The location was a very short walk to both Coligny
Circle and the beach (of which the entryway has
been remodeled very nicely) and a short drive to
Sea Pines (Harbor Town & South Beach) and Palmetto
Bay.
The Rental company was also very helpful when we
accidentally left something behind upon checkout. I
called them, and they notified the cleaning agency,
who waited for us to come and pick up the items.
Overall we had a lovely stay at Forest Beach Villas
#304, and we would recommend it as well as stay
there again. -

The counter tops in the kitchen and bath were painted and the paint was coming off causing them to be sticky and hard to use. The TV broke during our stay but it was fixed by rental company the next day.

This is a very nice property, well maintained and idally located near Caligny Circle. It is a great value for a couple looking for a nice place to stay without spending a fortune. The furnishings are not new, but they are comfortable and clean with some nice extras like covered parking and a laundry room off the kitchen. The pots and pans could use some refreshing, but everything needed for a nice getaway is there. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great convenience - perfect for a couple!

This was a wonderful apartment - perfect size for my husband and I and steps from the beach. The pool and tennis courts were nice and not too busy and the washer-drier was a real bonus! We rented bikes just down the street and had a wonderful week! My only gripe was there were no filters for the coffee maker so we ended up buying a whole box - but we did leave them so hopefully the next renters can benefit!
