The biggest plus for this unit is that it is pet friendly and oceanfront. There are some maintenance issues, kitchen faucet leaks like a geyser and the shower heads should have been replaced years ago, small annoyances. Also most units we have rented recently have keyless entry, this one does not, you have to go to the rental agency for the key, a major inconvenience. The unit overall is fairly comfortable but I would not rent it again if I were not traveling with a dog.
