Our poolview condo features a queen bed in the master with full private bath and a TV/DVD. Twin beds and a TV are included in the guest room. A second full bath is just down the hall. The comfortable living room provides a TV/DVD, stereo and sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining area that accommodates up to six. You'll find beach chairs/umbrella, sand toys and a buggy/cart - all the necessities for a great beach vacation!

The property is adjacent to the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course at Palmetto Dunes and only a few minutes from Chaplin Community Park which offers bike trails, basketball, playground and much more!

One of the most important attributes of a rental unit is cleanliness; if the place is not spotless - I have a real problem. Super clean, fresh appeal, interior decorations were cozy and home like. Amenities of the resort are awesome too; pool, spa - the sauna is one of the best units I've seen at any resort. The board walk looks to be new; nice stroll to the beach. Access to local restaurants, grocer, apparel, wine and spirits (there is a craft brewery 5 minutes away) all within a few miles.

Wonderful condo, great resort, Awesome Beach. We stayed the week before memorial day and really emjoyed this unit. Resort is great and we had everything we needed. Thanks to Melanie and Bob. We hope to return and stay here again. Coco's is great also be sure to rent Bikes great places to ride on Hilton Head.

Melanie patient, professional and very accomodating. Great location close to everything you need within a 3 mile radius so if you want to stay in and cook or go out to eat it's your choice and you have many options. I am not a beach going person but this place changed my mind, very clean, great weather, very quiet and friendly people oh and let's not forget the beach! The beach was very clean and they even offer a "shuttle" to take you across the boardwalk if you don't want to walk. Spent the entire time at the beach so maybe next time will explore the indoor pool:)
PS: You don't have to buy your own beach chairs or kids pail, shovels, buckets (comes with the condo you just have to clean them off and put them back). -

can't say enough about my time spent at the Hilton Head Resort. The resort staff were all extremely friendly, the grounds and pools were kept up beautifully! It's just a short walk across a boardwalk to a gorgeous beach or a beach pub! The unit I rented was very nicely decorated, well stocked, with very comfortable furniture. Everything I needed was there and more! The owners, Melanie and Bob were fantastic at answering questions, and a joy to work with! I would highly recommend this resort to families or couples looking for an affordable, safe and delightful vacation!
