My son and I recently stayed in this condo and had a wonderful experience! The place was incredibly clean, the neighborhood was quiet, and the beach was a very short walk away. If only we could have stayed longer! Hiltons Head Vacation Rentals was also great to work with. Staff was friendly and they made the entire rental process very simple. Thank you!

My husband and I were very pleased with our accommodations at 130 Beachwalk. The unit was beautifully furnished, exceptionally clean and incredibly comfortable. Athough it is a one bedroom, it is very spacious. The two full baths were also a great advantage. We could not have been more pleasantly surprised and delighted!
I must also acknowledge the wonderful service of Hilton Head Vacation Rentals (from whom we rented this unit). The employees were incredibly patient,helpful and generous. When my husband left his sunglasses behind, Richard (with Hilton Head Vacation Rentals) was kind enough to retrieve them and mail them to us. We will be sure to use their services again! -

The trip started wrong because I did not have the rental agreement with me and was not aware that check in was not right onsite. The confirmation sheet did not instruct me to go to the office for pick up of keys. After calling the reservation number, I was redirected about 15 mins away to the rental office- to pick up my packetm which was just a map and a key code for the door. Lucky for me I arrived before the office closed for the day. The condo was nice and clean but very small: smaller than I expected. The description says ocean front but the view was obstructed by the pool and trees. The location was ideal situated directly across the street from Coligny Plaza.

Everything was great except that there were roaches inside,the location is great,5 mins walk to the beach.Very relaxing and cosy apartment.Will surely return back wish the check out time was 11:am instead of 10:00 am

Beachwalk 130 was perfect for the two of us to spend a relaxing week at the beach. It is so close to the ocean and the pool and we were surprised by the big wraparound deck. The condo is extremely clean which was very welcome after our 11 hour drive to HHI! We had no complaints at all.

We really enjoyed our week at Beachwalk Villa #130. It was just what we needed after a stressful period in our life. It was peacefilled and restful. It was a busy vacation week on the Island and this was a quiet retreat. Would love to rent this villa again in the future.

Relaxing week of Sun, Water and Bikes

We found this property online and made our decision based upon location, value and . . . pictures- I needed to see as much of unit and surrounding area as possible. The villa is located in Beachwalk Villas - which is the closest condo facility to the beach access in Shipyard. The walk to the beach was about 5 minutes and the path is shade covered until you get to the beach boardwalk. There you find a restroom, outdoor showers and a decent walkway down to the beach. The beach was wide and clean. We walked there day and night - very pleasant.You can bike there as well as there is plenty of bike parking available. The beach was more crowded than expected due to the limited beach access of the plantation. Our indivdual unit was close the the pool - which I had expected the kids to use more - but they really went to the ocean several times a day. We had bikes delivered and rode around the island ( for ice cream ) almost every day. The kids saw lots of creatures up close - alligators ( 8 ft plus! ), beautiful ibis, cranes, red-headed woodpeckers, blue tailed lizards, stingrays and lots of sand dollars in the ocean ( all were left where they were found!) - right within Shipyard. Ran into a few jelly fish as well. Had a great time. Ate breakfast and lunch at home and ate out most nights. Cooked in a few evenings as well. Unit has washer and dryer - which I frequently used. It was great having all the amenities right there. Brought extra towels and wash cloths - and some basic spices for cooking. Otherwise the unit had everything that we needed. Only downside - the palmetto bugs. We had encounters twice each day while we were there. Not a reflection on the unit - it was spotless. More a reality of island living and older units. We just got good at getting rid of the bodies. We will definately stay at this facility again.
