The accommodations, including the surroundings, felt secluded even though we were close to everything we wanted to do and see. The lagoon had an abundance of wildlife to view from a distance. The villa was spacious and had all the comforts of home. There were 2 minor issues that were dealt with promptly and courteously. The staff treated us like valued guests from the beginning to the end of our stay.
The only negative experience we had was at the Hilton Head Diner. It was absolutely the worst and strangest meal we ever tried to eat, the service was uncaring from beginning to end including the fact that we were not asked how we liked our meal. We will never go back there. -

I had an overall amazing experience. It was my second vacation to Hilton head Island, and I was very very pleased with this rental. The price was great, and offered a wonderful overall value. I plan on visiting Hilton Head Island again next year, and this rental is one on my shortlist to stay at again. I really enjoyed the fact that it was in the sea pines area (where we spend most of our time while on HHI), and that it was right on a small lake offering amazing wildlife views and photos. I also had some of my family stay with me for a portion of the time, and they all enjoyed it as well. I would recommend this property to anyone.

3361 Lake Forest a very comfortable villa for 2 to 4 people. The view from the living room and back deck is delightful and peaceful. Each day, one follows the daily life of a variety of birds, passing 'gators and wildlife around the lagoon and forest preserve, which is easily accessed adjacent to the Lake Forest property. The kitchen is dated and equipped with the minimum, which is not a problem unless one wishes better than average. This is a quiet end-unit villa that we will return to again.

A beautiful cottage like setting with view of large pond. Lots of cardinals singing all day and some excessive black bird noise in early mornings. Good location for people who do a lot of biking. Bright large sitting room. Very attentive service by property manager. Clean and well supplied with essentials and linens. Regular pest control service is required to control population of Carolina bug which infiltrated rooms several times. A good place to return to.

The condo was beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the lagoon out back. Lots of birds and alligators to watch. Not far from the beach. Check in was so easy and the real estate company was very helpful. we would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here the first week of aug 2010and were very pleased. The villa was very clean and we had more than enough room for a comfortable stay. The beds were great. I liked the ease of checking in and out with just a few minutes each way. This was our first time staying in the Sea Pines area and we would most definitely stay in this area again as we could bike to just about anything we wanted to. Great Stay!!! Thank you very much.

One of the best vacations we've had. Four of us stayed in the villa and had plenty of room and privacy. It was decorated beautifully. Fishing is good on the lake. Of course we were attracted by the alligators in our backyard but quickly grew use to them basking in the sun.Walking distance by pristene biking paths to Harbour Town. Lovely location overall. Rental company staff was helpful above and beyond. NO complaints whatsoever. Will definitely be back soon!

THIS NEWLY RENOVATED VILLA IN SEA PINES, IS SITUTED IN A VERY QUIET AREA. BEING LOCATED ON THE LAKE GIVES YOU A PREFECT OPPORTUNITY TO FISH AND OBSERVE ALLIGATORS AND OTHER WILDLIFE AND ENJOY A VERY RELAXING VACATION OFF THE "BEATEN PATH". ALSO, THE BIKE PATHS THROUGHOUT THE ISLAND ARE FANTASTIC !!
PLEASE CONTINUE WITH THE RENOVATION TO INCLUDE THE MASTER BATH (WHICH HAD A LEAKY SHOWER). OTHERWISE, EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS VILLA (WHICH ACCOMMODATES 4 ADULTS VERY COMFORTABLY) IS VERY NICE.(GREAT BACK PORCH FOR RELAXING AND OBSERVING THE WILDLIFE) WE LOOK FORWARD TO COMING BACK ! -

Arrived to find a broken toilet running nonstop and screens to sliders
broken off their tracks. This property needs rehabbing before renting
to future vacationers.
