Main floor has kitchen with eat-in area, new cabinets, granite countertops & washer/dryer. Beyond the dining area is the living room with all new furnishings, a queen sleeper sofa and a large flat screen TV. I was very impressed with this unit. It's a very well maintained and renovated end unit overlooking the golf course and lagoon. It's within walking distance to the beach and the location within Shipyard is secure and relaxing. Check-in was a breeze with a very friendly staff. Only issue was that when we first got there, the aC had been turned off since the last renter. We just headed to the beach while the unit cooled down a bit. Overall, the condo was very clean. Only had a slight issue when we noticed 2 roaches, but that's to be expected in the summer heat. Plenty of linens/towels were included. Wireless internet was a great addition. I was very impressed with the rental, from check in to check out and look forward to staying here again!

We spent Labor Day weekend at this place with two other couples we haven't seen in a while and had a "big chill" weekend without the funeral. The unit had plenty of room for 6 of us and we were pleased with the furnishings. It is a corner unit that had a nice wrap around deck that was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. It was on Shipyard golf course and along side a lagoon with plenty of turtles and a small alligater (which you are not supposed to feed but we did). The only thing the unit was missing was a CD player so bring your own. Also, no internet access but we were on vacation and it was good to get away from that for few days. We will go back again and request the same unit.

My sister & her family stayed in this unit. They were very pleased with the amount of room for 4 near adult children & the privacy of a downstairs master suite.
They could hand feed the turtles in the lagoon just outside the front porch. That was a lot of fun.
The pots & pans were too worn to use but they were replaced with a brand new set + extra cookware as soon as Coastal Rentals was informed.
They got a visit from a raccoon one night & had a trash clean up job waiting for them at the front door the next morning. All of these experiences just went toward building fond memories of one of our greatest family vacations ever. -

We have stayed at your villa many times in the past. We have enjoyed ourselves each time and this stay was no exception. Our issues had to do with the fact that the decorating had changed from when we selected it,(Fall of 2007) and our stay, at least as represented by the pictures on the web page in 2007. It is a unit situated out of the way, so to speak which requires more walking than we were accustomed to. Other than those points it was terrific.

Ideal end unit for grandkids!

This is a perfect, bright and spacious 3 br. unit for a family with grandchildren. I like the fact that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The master bedroom on the ground floor is a plus for those who would rather not go up and down the stairs, x number times a day.
Being an end unit, our grandchildren don't have to go too far to safely play outside. A huge bonus is an unobstructed view of the golf course fairway! Uhmmm, I wonder how much TV golf analysts are paid!!
The short walk to the beach is a plus and so is the Van der Meer Tennis Center, which is just across the street. This is the first time that we rented a place for a month, and we loved it. Hilton Head has so much to offer. One can be as relaxed or as active as one chooses and it's all there for the taking.
The two things though that I would like to see in this unit, is a powder room on the ground floor for guests. I prefer that they didn't have to use the bathroom in the Master Bedroom. And the second thing, is a barbeque.
The deck is large enough to accommodate one if fire regulation is not an issue.
Other than that, we enjoyed our stay at the home and will be back again!
