All new tile floors in main living area, kitchen, dining room and master bedroom. New carpeting in the guest bedroom and new tile floors in the guest bath. Service was good - we called about the condition of the chairs on the balcony and they were replaced immediately. We liked the location and amenities and the great view from the balcony. It's a very nice unit - it just needs some TLC; unit shows some wear and tear; needs to be freshened up. We liked the location best - liked parking least.

We had everything we needed for the perfect vacation, from the initial contact to pick up the keys to the moment we left. Everything was in workin order and the home was beautiful. We have thee. children, ages 12, 10, and seven who seemed to get along better with each other than ever before. It truly was a relaxing week.

Tastefully decorated. Nice view of the ocean. Easy access to beach. Only downside were the blinds in master bedroom. The blinds allowed to much sunlight therefore when the sun was up so were you. We enjoyed our vacation rental and we have already recommended it to friends.

We enjoyed our stay at Villamare and we plan on returning same time next year. We feel it was reasonable in price and the villa itself was updated nicely. I think it was very clean allthough the chairs could use a little dry cleaning...We really had no problems at all to think of, just a great family vacation. My husband said the golf was very reasonable as well!

The Villamare unit and complex were excellent. We had a great time on our vacation. The unit was clean, comfortable and had a view of the ocean from every room. It was also completely updated and actually looked exactly like the photos( not always the case at other complexes).
Two minor issues to bring up. First, the temperature of the water in the outdoor hot tub was beyond hot and really not comfortable. Second, the parking spaces beneath the building are extremely narrow but I understand that the complex has only so much space to service the units.
Again, these are two extremely minor issues that had zero effect on the fun time we had on vacation.
Looking forward to next year! -

I have vacationed on Hilton Head for 20 years. And have seen almost every unit in Villamare as well as gone through many rental companies during those years.
This unit was by far superior to others we have stayed in from its updates to cleanliness.
The owner really took the time and expense to invest in their property and it showed.
HHVR and Coastal provided us great customer service and still made us feel like the prior years when rental companies cared about their customers.
We will definitely return.
