TV, DVD & CD player in the living room. TV in the master bedroom. Enjoy a vacation in Hilton Head, SC from this very nice unit with remodeled kitchen and baths. Updated decor with pretty woods. New furniture in living room. Pretty lagoon view with close proximity to outdoor pools. Pools, tennis, exercise room and jacuzzi, summer kids programs, playground and BBQ area on site. However, our particular unit could use a little more basic kitchen ware. Other family memeber's units were better equipped. No kitchen knives or wine opener which to me are very basic items.

of a much needed larger kitchen garbage container. The location of the unit was great for both the pool and beach. -

We have come to Island Club now for the past 2 yrs and this was our first time in this unit. The resort is in the perfect location and the amenities are great. Great pools (especially the kids pool). This particular unit needs a lot of updating. The carpet and the living room furniture are both in need of a deep cleaning. It would be better to just replace it. You could see the dirt on the couches. My 4 year old found broken glass in the living room and alot of the silverware needed washed before using. It also needs sprayed for spiders. We killed spiders in the unit every day. Like I said, we love the resort but probably won't stay in this unit again.

The unit is in need of repair. Fixtures in bathroom were loose, valve for water in shower needed repair, unit was not clean when we entered.

Island Club 103Great vacation spot

We have been vacationing att Island Club for many years. This is probably our favorite vacation spot on the island. There is great access to the beach, pool, tennis courts, and other attractions.
I would have preferred a villa a bit farther from the gate. The furniture in the villa was worn. The closet door in the guest bedroom was in need of repair. Clothes hangers would have been useful in the guest room. The china was a surprise and a nice touch. The extended patio overlooking the lagoon gave us extra room to sit outdoors. All in all, our stay was enjoyable and we will certainly return soon. -

We traveled with our three children and my mother. Our condo was big enough to accommodate my family. We opted for the lagoon view to save money and loved our location. We were so close to the pool and close enough to the beach that our 2 year old could walk. We will definitly go back again next year.

We have stayed at 102, 103, and 104. 103 still favored because of TV and
modern furnishings and now with new deck furnishings. 102 has the best
shower and 104 has new living area furniture.
While we love the red couches they are beginning to show some wear. We also
occasional problem with the internet and the router. Unit 102 has a wireless
router which is nice. As a matter of fact it is not password protected and so is
acceaaible from 103.
We have been coming to the Island Club since 1980 when we purchased unit
106 which we sold in 1994. The place always is relaxing and feels like home to
us. -

We just spent a long weekend (10/17-10/20) at the Island Club.
The unit (#103) was well furnished and quite beautiful. One evening we grilled steaks on the outdoor grill. We thoroughly enjoyed a quiet, laid-back visit.
We own Week 50, Unit # 7401 and have also rented additional weeks. We are very pleased with HH Vacation Rentals.

Our family travels to Hilton Head once a year and has been staying in this condominum for the last 4 to 5 years. We love this condo because it is spacious, beautifully furnished, and conveniently located just inside the gatehouse on ground floor. It has a beautiful view of the lagoon from its balcony. Very comfortable with all the amenities a family of 4 would want.

We had a great week at Island Club! The location is great! Close to the beach, restaurants, putt-putt. Lots of activities for the kids at the pool. Our Villa was great! Everything you could possibly need. (Even a closet full of beach chairs!)Two bedrooms-one with a king bed and the other with a full size and a twin. Full size kitchen very well stocked with dishes, pots, pans. Nicely decorated (also had a large flat screen tv and wi-fi).
