Newly Updated Pet Friendly Unit in Shipyard This wonderful newly updated townhome is one of our pet friendly beach villas in Hilton Head located in the serene and quiet complex of Tennismaster. The garden entry leads to a nice setup for this property. The living room and dining area lead to a nice shaded patio with small lagoon view. The kitchen has a breakfast room off it, which leads to another small patio with grill. Also on the first floor is the master suite with a flat-screen TV, soaking tub and king bed. We love Shipyard Plantation, and we love renting from Hilton Head Vacation rentals. I was a bit disappointed in the actual condition of this rental. It had peeling wallpaper, broken dining and kitchen chairs, and some trash left in various places inside and outside. The size is great, amenities are great (pool, wi-fi, full kitchen) and your about a half mile walk to the beach, or you can drive and park at the beach club. Also pet friendly and our pup loved it. We will definitely rent again from this company, their customer service is the best, but avoid this particular property. Just not as clean and updated as you would expect for the price. However, a great vacation, and we're not disappointed!

The Tennismaster condo we rented was very clean and quiet.. It was located centrally to all our activities on the Island and short trips to Charleston and Savannah.. It was one of our most comfortable/laid back trips we have taken... The Island was wonderful and the food was great... The beaches were very enjoyable... Thank you for the stay... We will be returning in the near future...

The villa was very convenient to everything we wanted to do. We were comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much.
The only complaint was that the kitchen needed some enchancements. There were not enought bowls when preparing meals. There was also a leak under the kitchen sink where someone had placed one of the only bowls to catch the drips. The coffee pot and toaster need to be replaced. It would also help to have more information on when the garbage is picked up and where to place it. -

We have rented with Coastal for over 8 years and have always found them to be great. They have great rental properties. This was our first time at Tennis Master, but we always stay in Shipyard. We have had other condos and houses in Shipyard. This year my married daughter got a new Mini Dochound, only 7 lbs, and we were glad that they take pets and we were able to take her with us.
My only issue - When we arrived at the condo, I put the dog down and realized that the carpet was wet. I did not know that it was just washed and was very nervous that it might have chemicals on it. There were also several very large staines on the rug. I called Coastal and was assured not. Two of the three bathrooms were not cleaned properly and there was mold in them which I had to clean. The furniture was really dusty. I had to dust the furniture before I put anything in the condo. times that the I am mentioning this because if you are employing a cleaning service, I would check what they are doing. Is there someone that comes in after them to check? These are minimal issues but should be addressed with the cleaning service.
Anyway, the weather was great and we had a great time. The condo was very big and accommodated everyone just fine. We will return as always and use Coastal.

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was an end unit, so we had a nice little grassy area around us. We went while the weather wasn't too hot so we could enjoy the screened in porch and pretty tree view in the back. The bedroom upstairs was quite bright in the morning, so it wasn't easy to sleep late. Other than that, we hope to return again next year. That is, if they can get new dark curtains.
