Fourth Floor Oceanfront Unit with Split Floor Plan This three bedroom, three bath, 4th floor ocean front unit with great split floor plan is one of our Hilton Head rentals located in the popular Villamare complex. The kitchen has been remodeled with new cabinets and countertops and is fully stocked. The master bedroom has a king bed, garden tub and access to the balcony. The second guest bedroom has 2 double beds, garden tub and separate walk-in shower. The 2nd guest bedroom has 2 double beds, garden tub and separate balcony access. Incredible views from every room. Very nice with a wonderful view of the Beach. Excellent location with security. Family Friendly. Steps to beach and great pool area. Shady areas by the pool appreciated. Very good furnishings in the condo. Condo is roomy and was very clean. We have stayed here for a few years now and hope to in the future. I would highly recommend this unit and complex. Close to shopping and dining. The rental company is always professional and friendly. Great time.

You cannot beat the location of this unit however it could used some updates and fixing. I was disappointed that the screens to the balconies didn't work.Some of the pots were not able to be used and the dryer didn't seem to be working properly. The window coverings were missing sections so they did not block the light in the morning. It made for early wake up times for kids.

We had a great time - great weather. The condo was superb. We had three other "family branches" in other condos within the complex. Villamare was perfect for this. We are already planning a return visit.

The staff at the leasing center was great! The views from the unit were spectatcular and we enjoyed the balconies and the amenities offered.
The unit needs a little maintenence but nothing major. -

The condo has a great lay-out for a family stay. The beach view is very satisfying but the four floor walk up the stairs might be too much for those who are not patient enough for the elevator. The location was great but the kitchen was rather poorly appointed. When we checked in there were no towels but they were delivered before evening after two calls. Two of the door keys did not work. I would stay there again.

Great place to bring a family. Only drawbacks we arrived early and were told the condo wasnot ready. I wnet to look in the window and it had been cleaned by 1:30 but we were permitted to have the keys until about 4. We were told it had to be inspected but it seemed that no one could or want ed to call and ask for it to be inspected. The elevators were continuously out of order and being worked on. The condo was cleaned and we did have a great time and plan to come back again next year.

Love Villamare. Stayed here before but this time need 3 bedroom. Lots of room for 6 and great view of the ocean. As part of a large group with 4 condos, we use the picnic and grill area for evening pitch ins. Worked great. We will be back!

This is our first experience with a 3 bedroom, but our 4th time staying at Villamare. We loved it. The unit was clean, the ammenities were more than expected, and the view - oh the view! I can't think of anything I would change. We plan to come back next year.
