Remodeled Unit on the George Fazio Golf Course A beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom townhouse located on the 18th fairway of the George Fazio Golf Course. Perfect for one or two families. The lovely living room has a flatscreen TV and the marble topped dining table seats 6, as does the table on the deck. It has three bedrooms (1 king, and three queens). I hesitate to write a wonderful review about our stay at this Fazio Villa because I want to keep this place all to myself. Our family had a very enjoyable stay and we are looking forward to booking here again. The tennis facility was the best !!

Loved this rental property! It was comfortable and perfectly located. The linens are a bit worn and the mattress in the upstairs master could also probably use an upgrade. But...i'm being picky.
We usually stay at Sea Pines, but Palmetto Dunes did not disappoint. We definitely will rent this property again! -

This condo was perfect for our group of two families with kids. The bedrooms were set up perfectly for what we needed. Each room had its own bathroom. The pool was right across the parking lot, shaded with spots of sun and fun for the whole crew. The beach was a 5 minute walk away and gorgeous. The condo was clean, had an open floor plan, and was beautiful. We would absolutely stay there again! The only pain was that the rental company is not on site,which we did not know, so the check-in process was a bit confusing. Overall, a great vacation.

We had a great time with family. The condo was great and we love the location to the golf course. My husband golfed every day and it was so convenient to just leave out the back door. I wish the bedroom on the first floor also had a King Sized Bed. Other than that, the accomodations were great!!

The villa was absolutely beautifyl. It had enough space for all of us everything we needed was in that house. In the back there was a golf course and and nice patio where you could sit. It was close to the beach so you didn't have to go very far. Overall I would go back again and I would recommend it to anyone.

I would definitely rent this villa again. It is just a short walk to the beach, has a beautiful deck that overlooks the golf course. You can cut through the tennis courts across the street and in just a minute or 2, be at the Palmetto Dunes Racquet center and the little shop to buy ice cream and tshirts etc. There is a restaurant Alexanders and the Palmetto dunes outfitters for renting bikes is right there. The Beach is wide and beautiful. The Fazio pool that was nearby was small and kind of shady but we liked it. You can ride bikes on the golf cart path after 7pm. Their is a grocery store just a mile or so outside of Palmetto Dunes.
The villa itself, had a nice layout, was good for entertaining, but the kitchen was very poorly equipped. Cookwear and kitchen knives, that kind of thing were few or non existent.
The only other thing that bothered me, was the sheets on the bed must have been a polyester blend. They were scratchy and uncomfortable. -

This property was incredible! We've stayed in other rental properties on the same plantation and the Fazio Villa 10 is by far the most beautiful, comfortable, and relaxing space. We found our home away from home to be exactly as pictured on the web site. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. We loved the location as we were nestled on the 18th green and were just a two minute bike ride to the beach. My entire family loved the peaceful setting - there is nothing that we did not love. Thank you for an incredible week. We'll be back again!

We loved Fazio 10! Nice upgrades and plenty of room for six adults and a
one-year-old. We enjoyed the deck and the wonderful view of the course.
Location was very convenient to walk or bike to the beach and was very quiet.
Pool area was very nice and not too far. (We were surprised that there were few
large cooking pots/pans, but that is our only suggestion.) Check-in and
check-out was easy and questions were courteously answered. We would love
to return for future vacations! -

This was our first experience with Hilton Head Vacation Rentals and everything was great! The reservation process was easy, the website was great and our late arrival was no problem with the lockbox. (could use better directions to the facility to get check-in package)
Now to the villa. This villa is absolutely wonderful! It is very spacious, comfortable and was a wonderful ingredient to a great vacation. My family is five including 3 teenagers. They just loved the place. We had a "mini" family reunion in Hilton Head and one evening we had 20 people there. With the spacious deck and living area, we had plenty of room.
The views are great (if you like looking out on a golf course). My son and I walked to the clubhouse with clubs and played the course that was right there.
We had one problem with the air conditioning upon arrival but that was rectified immediately (on Sunday no less!)
I would suggest bringing (or buying) your own towels for the beach. The towels provided for bathing are pretty skimpy and wouldn't work well for the beach. Also be prepared to go shopping for things like dish soap, garbage bags, foil, etc. Just remember, this is someone's home not a hotel room.
If/when we return to Hilton Head we will definitely make this villa our number one choice. The owner's did a great job of making it comfortable for a renter without having to deal with family pictures, etc like others we have seen. Awesome place to stay! -

Fazio 10 is a great place to enjoy Hilton Head. The complex has a very nice pool, just a short walk, and the beach is not too far of a hike. We definitely recommend renting bikes because this makes for a quick ride to the beach, plus there are beautiful bike paths to explore. There is a lagoon close by good for fishing, even though we didn't catch anything. Fazio 10 also has a great patio with a grill and is great for eating breakfast and watching the golfers. The trees along the bike paths and around the villa are so beautiful to look at, just don't step on the things that fall from the trees on the patio, they hurt! This villa has many upgrades on the first floor, but it would be even better if the upstairs was updated a bit more. Overall, we highly recommend Faxio 10. We can't wait for next year!

The condo was great. Location was perfect. I only have two issues.The HUGE cockroaches we killed when we first arrived. We killed about 10 out first day. We didn't see any the rest of the week.
Also, we had to purhcase paper towels and tiolet paper. We thought those items were supplied. There was no iron either. I contacted management and a new one was delivered that day. -

Better than the pictures, this place was fantastic! Back deck was very spacious and on the 18th green of the Fazio Course. 2 min. walk to the clubhouse with your clubs, no need to drive. Beautiful renovation recently, fantastic kitchen. Walk to General Store, bike rental, Outfitter, and beach. Can't ask for a better location than this.

This unit was in excellent condition. The location was central to everything. It was a pleasure to sit on the deck and watch the golfers coming in to the 18th green.
