Third Floor Oceanfront Unit with Free Tennis ONE OF THE BEST HILTON HEAD RENTAL VIEWS ON THE ISLAND. Third floor, three bedroom Villamare is about as close as you can get to the beach. Split floorplan is great for families vacationing together. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bath. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, and private bath with garden tub. Great Condo with awesome ocean views. A very clean and comfortable home away from home. We all had a great time. We will rent the same Unit next time we are on Hilton Head Island.

We have rented this villa for the last 2 years. The people you have cleaning this villa are doing a VERY POOR job! The rugs in the family room area and the kitchen look like the have never been cleaned. All of the floors were dirty and the villa its self needs to be updated and better maintained for the amount of money we paid for the week! The view would have been great had there not been bird poop all over the main living area window.

Condo was great. Bedrooms gave good individual space. Kitchen was small for 3 people to be in at the same time. More suited to one or two people at a time in kitchen. Three separate balconies were great for private space. If wanted lots of togetherness on the balcony for ten folks, this might not be the best place. Views were fantastic; rental staff very helpful; right next to stairway to the beach path; elevator is a little bit of a hike from the room (not best location for older folks who have walking issues). Was perfect for our family of five adults. I would select it again. Oh, and check out the large living room window - you can sit inside in the air conditioning and feel like you are on a balcony. That was the best architectural feature for me.

A perfect location @ Hilton Head. Great view, plenty of room, good workout facilities.This condo is on the 3rd floor and you can easily walk up or take the elevator. Giant pool with plenty of lounge chairs. We stayed here before and have always enjoyed it. The only fault is the unit is showing some age. Apparently it rents a lot and the traffic is taking a toll on the furniture and carpets.

Perfectly situated, spacious and as close to the beach as possible.
Well maintained with everything in working order.
I appreciated the wireless networking for internet access.
Grounds were meticulously maintained.
Elevator was at times out of action.
Close to golf, tennis and ameneties

The house was basically fine. Loved the big screen TV in the living room with DVD player. However, the master bedroom could have used some TLC...new paint, some of the lamps did not work, the telephone on the nightstand did not work.
Had a great stay. Great location! Wonderful view!
