Come stay in our fully equipped second floor condo. We have everything you need for a great beach vacation - chairs, umbrella, cooler, sand toys and a beach cart to carry it all. All you need to bring are beach towels and food to prepare in our fully equipped kitchen. Floor to ceiling bookshelves house a variety of reading materials and movies. There are three tvs in the condo - an HD flat screen in the living room and each bedroom tv has either a VCR or DVD player! On top of all that, free wireless Internet access is included, too.

Our condo is right next to a beach access gate which leads to a short 2-3 block walk to Folly Field beach - one of the widest on Hilton Head Island. Our access point is also right near beach facilities with restrooms and vending machines.

We loved our vacation here. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed/wanted. It was located close to the pool within the complex and had immediate gate access to a short walk to the beach. The owners were easy to work with leading up to and during the vacation. We look forward to renting with them again.

We absolutely loved this villa! The villa itself was very clean and comfortable. The community offered many great things to do (ping pong, pools, etc.)
The walk to the beach was a quick and beautiful one. We were especially pleased to see that the villa had everything we needed for a beach stay (cooler, umbrella, etc.)
Great location, very close to many shopping and dining options.
We cannot wait to return again and again! -
