Courtside is an ocean-oriented complex with first-floor apartments, two-story and three-story townhouses. Courtside 55 is a ground floor apartment with no steps to navigate. These properties are within 1 to 2 blocks of the Atlantic Ocean beach and Van Der Meer Tennis Center. A special membership with Van der Meer provides Courtside guests with tennis privileges up to one hour per day per condo. The property was very tastefully decorated, very comfortable and cozy. Good location for walking to the beach and restaurant/shopping area. Needed a good deep cleaning and a few home improvements, which includes replacing the sliding glass doors, replacing exposed outlets, installing hooks to hang beach towels and swim suits, and upgrading the linens.

Condo was clean and had everything we needed. We did not use the kitchen to cook at all - only snacked and went out to eat. The beds were supposed to be Queen but they seemed small and the couple in the front room woke frequently because of parking lot noise. Could also hear neighbors walking in condo above. Otherwise, fantastic value for the price and the pool was very nice. Could not get wi-fi to work so used neighbor's.

We travel to HI almost yearly. We normally stay in the Courtside Units. Overall, we were pleased with our condo but the kitchen was not as clean as expected. Also, the grill on the patio had to be cleaned. The bottom tray that catch the ashes was filled with cigarette butts.
