Courtside is an ocean-oriented complex with first-floor apartments, two-story and three-story townhouses. Courtside 88 is a ground floor apartment with no steps to navigate. These properties are within 1 to 2 blocks of the Atlantic Ocean beach and Van Der Meer Tennis Center. A special membership with Van der Meer provides Courtside guests with tennis privileges up to one hour per day per condo. Needs new, higher toilets, some 'grab bars' in master bathtub for 'seniors' to feel more secure. Master tub had hole in end, guest tub had chip on edge.
LR sliding door needs replacement, foggy between glass.
Two captains chairs need loose arms repaired.
Kitchen could have been better equipped. -

The patio chairs were so rusty that the armsets on one were broken. The carpets were not that clean and there was a strong smell of humidity (which was not the case in the next condo at Ocena One).
Generally the look of furniture was shabby and the sofa in particular was not appealing.
The dishes were terrible, all unmatched and blackened by time, it looked like something that would not sell in even a cheap garage sell!
We were transferred to that unit from Surfcourt because the unit there smelled like human pee in 1 bedroom and in the dining room We were not happy with the change of location as we were farther from the beach
If I had known that when booking I would have continue to shop around with other agencies. -

We have been using these condos in the winter months for the last 10 years. We were not told of all the construction going on this year, we have also been having ongoing trouble with the stove & oven, condo is very dark, sliding door out the back very dificult to see out of,and it;s not dirty, overall we will not be requesting this condo in the future if we return.
