We recommend security bars in the bath so that we don't kill ourselves falling; new furniture as what is in the condo is very old and tired; and a separate switch for the very noisy fan in the bathroom in the guest room and cutlery tools!

We enjoyed our stay in Ocean One 107. The location and furnishings were great! Loved the pool! Only complaints would be an extremely squeaky mattress on one of the beds, walls need a lot of help and condo could be cleaner. We would stay here again.

Overall, we love Ocean One. Unit 107 is a too notch location within the complex. It could use some spider control, and the oven & stove top were not cleaned. Maybe a coat of paint too. But the access to beach & pool, along with beautiful grounds, make Ocean One a place to definitely stay again!

My family and I spent 8 days at Ocean One and had a great experience. We have been coming to Hilton Head for many years and this was one of the best. The condo was ideal for us. We really liked the location and closeness to the pool. The interior is nice but could use some upgrades to the mattresses and couch (not very comfortable). The Seashore office was very pleasant and helpful as was the Ocean One staff. We will be back next year!

Shower head in 2nd BR was not adjustable.A lot of dust on bed railing. Chairs without cushion slipcovers. Very small TV in bedroom compared to todays standards. Condo not locked upon arrival. Overall we like the complex,just not this unit. Word of mouth regarding the snake in the bushes and we had small kids.

We have been staying at Ocean One for about 15 years and love it. We have stayed in different rooms, but this one has been the best, because of its location and convenience. Most of our rentals has been through Seashore Vacation Rentals and they have always been very professional and friendly in the process of checking in/out.

Room location was great,but there were a few things that we were not happy with. The main problem was the draw shades for the sliding p[atio door.Since we were on the first floor ,the shades did not cover the door giving us no privacy.Several slates were missing,had to fix myself.The TV's were in master bedroom sound so bad could not in other bedroom was very long table in dining room or entry way just bare space against wall.Useful items such as acutting board,kitchen sissors,no sponges,no kleenex,had to buy all these.Master bathroom sinkclogged.Hole under bathroom sink allowed acessfor palmetto pantry space in kitchen.

We had such an amazing stay at Ocean One. The location of our condo at the property was perfect for our family with easy access to the pool and beach. As for the Captain and staff directing the flow of the parking lot and grounds.....Keep up the amazing
job! We hope to be back again next year. Great group of people that stay at this complex as well. -

Very nice unit, with a few observations. Televisions in bedrooms were older, with one in bedroom with only one bed a very small unit. This unit is on the ground level, which has good and bad points. No need waiting for an elevator; easy in and out carrying
luggage groceries, etc. The down side is that the ocean view is not great, and my bedroom, which was on the entrance wall, was a little noisy from other vacationers coming and going. Despite these issues, I enjoyed my stay and would consider renting this unit
again. If I didn't, it would simply be to have an elevated ocean view. -

We stayed at Ocean One last year 2010 and stayed on the fourth floor. Guess we were spoiled with that particular rental. This rental was not near as comfortable. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable, very small TV and carpets were dirty. The one bedroom with the one bed was very, very dark no ceiling light only one small lamp; we could not see any clothes in the closet etc. no matter what time of the day. The bathrooms had mold issues on the walls but were usable. We were interupted by a maid that came a day before our checkout date and then we were interupted by a man wanting to spray for insects. We had a wonderful vacation overall, but if we were to return I would pick a different rental.

We have stayed at Ocean One several times. You can't get a better location. 107 is starting to show its wear. May change to another condo next time. Love the convenience to shopping and dining.

With the landscaping that was being down out our backdoor, it diminished the value of being on the bottom floor. Had we known, we would probably had taken a condo on upper floor and enjoyed the oceanview. The unit really needs to do something about the noisy beds in the master. They have gotten worse since last year and we were literally waking ourselves up when we moved around. Not sure what is causing the noise. The kitchen could use some help with equipment. For instance, there were no pot holders in the unit.
