With a 5th floor balcony accessible by the living room and master bedroom, guests staying in Shorewood 537 enjoy an outstanding view of the Atlantic Ocean and the Shorewood pool area. After hours in the surf, vacationers return from the ocean via Shorewood's beach walkway and then dip into the freshwater swimming pool or a seasonally heated spa. A great place to spend the holidays. We like Shorewood and this is the second year we have stayed here for the holidays. The unit we rented last year was not available and we found 537 to be great.

My two week stay was fabulous. The accommodations were awesome, the villa was spotless, great decor and the kitchen was very well equipped. Great weather and you can't beat the beach. Will be back next year

We were very satisfied with our rental property! View fron deck, space in condo,parking garage, pool & hot tub much better than anticipated! Had a very easy time with owner on VRBO and then with Seashore Vacations. Would definately rent this property again!

My husband and I have been vacationing at Hilton Head Island for over 25 years and we both agree Shorewood is the best location. Convience is everything when you enjoy spending as much time as possible on the beach. Shorewood 537 was newly remodeled and beautiful! The pool and the grounds are very well kept. In addition the gated entrance to the complex is a plus. Looking forward to our next visit already and we just got back!!

We stayed in Unit# 537 and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The villa had just been updated and has been decorated in a great way. The villa was clean and well-stocked for our needs and all we had to do was go to the grocery.
This is an ideal location as you are a short five minute walk to the beach and the complex has a good sized pool as well. The beach is not too crowded as you are far enough away from Coligny Beach (which is typically packed with people).
This was a good place to visit other parts of the island and be close, but not too close, to the action.
Would definitely stay in this villa when visiting Hilton Head Island again. -

We did enjoy the stay, however it an expensive stay. I wish there would be discounts for multiple visits to the rental.

Shorewood is a wonderful complex - great location in HHI and right on the beach; absolutely wonderful pool facilities and beautiful landscaped grounds. Was very disappointed in the overall condition of this condo however. Very dirty overall: spots on carpet, nutshells on kitchen floor, sections of lineolium missing in kitchen floor, mold in tracks of sliding glass doors which made it difficult to open/ close. Kitchens and bathrooms very outdated. One of the bathtubs actually was had a large layer of the tub peeled away. For $1,200 a week, we expected a little better. Would defintely come back to Shorewood, but not to this condo. Owners really need to update it and get a better cleaning service.

Buddy - I know Kathy and I put you in a spot for a condo on short notice and I appreciate your response. But I must say we were terribly dispointed with both the condition and cleaniless of the unit. To put it simply it was dirty. Your cleaning crew, if that is the correct term, do not clean the units. You and I have had this conversation before. We left you a card with numnerous maintainence issues that I know you are aware of. Your level of cleaniness is way below our level of exceptability. I know you are trying to make a living but you must maintain a high level of overall unit satisfaction and cleaniness. The owners must support your level of quality as well.
