This beautifully decorated spacious townhouse is situated in a perfect location. Bordered by the beaches of the Atlantic, surrounded by bicycle/walking trails, it is in the South Forest Beach Area, close to the shops and restaurants at Coligny Plaza. Our townhouse is within walking distance of all of these amenities - the water's edge is a mere 10 minute walk. One of the three pools in our complex is within 100 feet of our front door. Not only do we have the largest floor plan in Ocean Breeze, the interior is beautifully decorated and includes everything you may need to be right at home for your stay.

Located a short walk from the beach, Ocean Breeze is located in the South Forest Beach area, the"ball" of the foot that the island of Hilton Head represents. Bicycling and walking trails are located all over the island as well as numerous golf courses, tennis centers and other outdoor activities (canoeing, kayaking, water sports, etc.). Close by are numerous restaurants, night life, shopping venues and entertainment opportunities.

Published fees do not include South Carolina sales tax which is 10%. The security deposit is $200 and is due with the second and final payment (or included in the fee if there is only one payment). It is refunded when we receive our keys back in the mail. Special rates are available for more than one week stay, monthly rates for the Fall and Winter months.
Holiday Rates - Christmas, New Year's, Thanksgiving $800 for the week.
Partial weeks are welcome in the off season - during the summer the rental is Saturday to Saturday.

I stayed here with 6 of my family members for Memorial Day weekend and it was honestly the best vacation rental Ive ever stayed in. Not only was it spacious and comfortable, it was also very affordable. The condo is very homey, I almost forgot that I had to leave because I didnt live there :) Its location is perfect! Its about an 8 minute walk to the beach, a 2 minute drive to the Coligny plaza, less than a minute drive to a plethora of restaurants, shopping places and grocery stores. The owners are amazing! They made booking and traveling very easy and convenient. I would recommend this to anyone who likes their space when on vacation and want to feel at home!

This was, hands down, the best vacation rental at which I've ever stayed. The amenities exceed those listed on this webpage and the location is perfect (close to the beach and the Coligny Circle area).
