With a balcony accessible by the living room and master bedroom, guests staying in Shorewood 305 enjoy panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and its white sandy beaches. After hours in the surf, vacationers return from the ocean via the private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool or a seasonally heated spa. Toddlers have a separate wading pool. Shorewood is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. We really enjoyed our vacation at Shorewood. The location was perfect! We could walk to the plaza and could see and hear the ocean from our balcony, living room and master bedroom! Everything was fantastic! Hilton Head is a great place to visit, extremely clean and everyone is friendly!

The condo is decorated very nice and has a nice paint job with very pleasing colors. The pro's about the unit are all in good taste.
A few minor issues that may need addressed are the kitchen sink drain stopper is broke. The sliding door from main area needs a little work. Difficult to slide and lock.
Don't let those two issues keep you from renting this nice unit. Thanks for keeping it up to standards.
One area management needs to address is the new luggage carts do not fit the elevators. The carts need to be 1 inch shorter. Also the small wheels go flat with large load which makes it very difficult to roll from the parking lot to elevator.
By the way the pool area is set up nice and looks very well maintained.
Yes, we would stay at 305 in the future. -

I was extremely happy with this condo. It was really clean, the beds were comfy, a/c worked properly, had great view of the ocean and was a piece of cake to get to the beach/pool. I would stay here again and highly recommend!
