This exciting 3BR/3BA 3rd floor villa is in Hampton Place, the newest and most spacious luxury complex in Palmetto Dunes Plantation. The villa provides awesome ocean front views, which include the large beautiful pool complex, beach and ocean from every room except the third bedroom, which offers views of Spanish... moss draped oaks. Two separate private balconies with spectacular views allow you to greet the sun in the morning, have lunch at midday and the beverage of your choice in the evening with the sight and sound of waves rolling in.

The bright and cheerful villa is decorated in light blues, yellows and salmon with a very light natural wood floor. The great room living area has a sleeper sofa, love seat and chairs, multiple windows for the view, a TV with DVD and VCR and a sliding glass door out to your private balcony. The kitchen area has the same exciting views. A breakfast bar offers seating for four as well as a breakfast table that seats four. The spacious kitchen has a large work space, an island, and has a high speed internet line. The dining area, with walls of mirrors reflects the ocean views. The dining table seats six.

The spacious master bedroom offers a king bed, TV, VCR and a wall of windows and sliding glass door out to a private oceanfront balcony with lounge chair, table and chairs. There's a large spa tub in the master bath along with a separate shower and separate sinks.

The second bedroom has a king bed, oceanfront views and a balcony with tables and chairs. The private bath has a combination spa tub and shower. The third bedroom is down a separate corridor providing the upmost in peace and quiet.Twin beds in beachy décor and a private bath with combination tub and shower complete this suite. Also, available down this corridor is a laundry room.

Hampton Place is a beautiful complex and the newest oceanfront resort in Palmetto Dunes Plantation. The sunny oceanfront pool* is outstanding for it offers a lap pool as well as a pool, spa tub, children's pool, grill area and shade pavilion and oceanside sundeck. There is also a brand new exercise facility.

Palmetto Dunes Buggy is a FREE door-to-door shuttle to the beach, Shelter Cove Marina, Shops and Restaurants. This shuttle will run from April 1, 2012 until September 30,2012.

*Pool is seasonally heated from March 15th to April 30th and October 15th to November 30th. Additionally pool is cooled from July 15th through August 15th. Dates are subject to change without notice.

  Great condo, great view, and wonderful location. We will be back next year. Hope the hot tub is fixed by then.

  Great family vacation

  The dishwasher needs to be replaced. It does not clean the dishes/utensils. I believe the dishwasher is 1996 or 1997.
  
  The kitchen garbage is much to small. Kitchen garbage cans are 20 gallon.
  
  The unit is nice otherwise.
