This is a 2BR/2BA, 1440 square foot condo oceanfront on the Atlantic Ocean beachfront in Palmetto Dunes on Hilton Head Island.

The Unit is# is 4205 Windsor Court in Palmetto Dunes. The street address is 51 Ocean Lane, Hilton Head Island, SC.

Since we bought this condo in 1994, we and many friends/family/brothers/sisters have fallen deeper in love with the Island, the condo, the location, the view, the patio, the beach, and Palmetto Dunes. We continue to live and love on The Island. Family & close friends often return t...o our condo (when it's vacant) to enjoy the view, the golf, Aunt Anita's cooking, the beach, the great weather, and all that Hilton Head has to offer.

Outside, the beach is yards away, a short walk over the dunes. There is a full size pool (that is heated in March/April and September/October), a kiddie pool and Jacuzzi. There is also a playground for the kids. Additionally around the pool deck/lanai there are two gas grills for your use (grill tools provided in the unit).

Secure parking is provided underneath the building as well as outside. The garage has large bike rack for locking up your bikes.

Also in the garage you have access to our storage locker. The locker has beach chairs, umbrellas, pool noodles, and some other toys that you may use. You may also use the covered locker to store your own beach items.

The condo is fully furnished.

The living room has a queen sleeper, love seat and two comfy chairs. It has a large screen HDTV with most popular channels, a BluRay player with WiFi network access for your Netflix/Hulu accounts.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, dresser and walk in closet. There is also a HDTV with DVD/VCR. The master bath has two sinks, a stand up shower as well as a huge jetted tub. A hairdryer is provided.

The second bedroom has two twin beds, a dresser and HDTV with DVD player. There is a large walk-in closet. The second bath has a normal sized shower/tub combo. The tub is jetted. The second bedroom and bath have a door that can be closed for complete privacy as a second master suite.

The dining room has a full size table that seats six (and can be expanded with the additional table leaves in the unit).

The kitchen is completely equipped with a full size fridge, full size range/oven, dish washer, toaster, coffee maker, crock pot, blender, can opener, pots, pans, cooking utensils, serving items and siverware. It also has a full set of normal plates, cups, glasses as well as some reusable plastic plates, cups, glasses. There is a breakfast bar with two bar height stools.

The unit has a full size washer and dryer.
