The condo is worn out and quite a bit smaller than it seems in the photos. A dishwasher would be nice, as would a microwave. The bunk beds were fine for 12 year old boys, but would not recommend for anyone larger. The entire complex is very much showing its age. Internet worked well. Gym facility is small and not very accommodating.
You do have a view of the ocean, but I couldn't hear it. Very accessible to the beach and large pool. Question becomes how much are you willing to pay to see the ocean and how easy access. For me, this condo was not worth it. -

We recieved good service. The home was clean and had a wonderful view of the pool and ocean. We were on the third floor and had to climb 46 stairs every time to get to our condo. There was an elevator but it was at the far end of the building. The furniture could be updated. There was a light outside of the bedroom in the hall that made the room too bright at night. I put a blanket over the window and it helped darken the room.

It was a nice surprise that we were in the y-shaped buildings nearest the pool, we thought at the price we rented, we would be in the square buildings farther back. Would be nice to have an elevator at that end of the bldg, those stairs are a killer when unloading! Great access to beach, truly steps away. There are 4 of us, 6 would have been really crowded, TVs were nice, the bed was a little hard for my taste, bunks were a hit with my 3 and 8 yr olds

Checking in was a little confusing. We were told to go straight to the room to obtain a key but after about an hour, we were able to page on call support to direct us to the office. The place was nice though and view was descent with exception of the big tree blocking the ocean view. There is not free wifi either but I guess you can't have it all. Overall I give it a strong 8 outta 10.

I have stayed at this facility before but like this accommodation much better. I will be coming back in 2009 and hopefully will be able to get this unit or a 2-bedroom unit for the month of September.
