Ocean View Unit in Forest Beach with Pool Access One bedroom, one bath efficiency style ocean view unit. Queen bed in the master, and a sleeper sofa in the living area. There are 2TVs & DVD player in the living area. One of our vacation rentals with 1 bedroom in Hilton Head, SC, this villa is perfect for solitary travelers and couples. Newly renovated with hardwood floors and all new furniture and appliances. Nice ocean view. Community pool on site. Community laundry. FREE high-speed wireless internet.

Liked:
-clean kitchen area, had enough available cooking supplies.
-good use of the small space
-clean bathroom, good shower head.
Not so much:
-#1 The front door lock...We have to play with it like we were jimmying the door every time we went back to the room. When we first go there we didn't even think it was the correct key. This caused a very frustrating start to our vacation.
-not enough wash clothes, I'm ok with reusing the towels...but not the wash clothes.
-patio was damp and moldy
-couch is worn out, an insert to keep it from completly sinkin would help.

Although the unit was clean and well decorated, it was quite small. We usuall stay at Mariott time shares and are used to units that have more storage and better kitchen facilities. Having said that, we liked the location (near Sea Pines as we were volunteering at the Heritage Classic), and other than the size, we had no complaints.

Thank you so much for the great stay! We decided at the last min. to go and I'm glad we did. This Villa was so nice and was all updated. The cost we couldn't go wrong, It was a little small for my husband, son and I but a Great location! I will stay there again if its just me and my husband. Also if they aloud pets, I'd love to take my little dog but they don't allow any animals.

We so enjoyed the little villa. It was cute and cozy, all we needed to enjoy our stay at the beach. We enjoyed biking everyday, the bike paths are great. We will definately be back to Seaside Villa #175 Thanks for sharing your cute villa.

Our family had such a wonderfuly time in Hilton Head. We loved the home. There is only 3 of us, so we didn't need a huge house. The villa was so close to the beach and that's exactly what we wanted. It was so close to everything. We loved everything about it. It was small though so I don't recommend for a large family. We will definitely be staying again!
