Upon entering this spacious six bedroom, five bath oceanfront home on a corner lot in Palmetto Dunes you are struck by the beautiful Atlantic ocean views through the floor to ceiling windows. You have access to the over sized deck with private pool, overlooking the ocean from the living room. The brand new deck is very spacious which is accessible from the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The large dining area has seating for twelve at the dining table. Perfect for those family meals. The kitchen features a breakfast bar and breakfast table as well.

A large master suite is located on the first floor with outstanding views of the A...tlantic Ocean and access to the large deck. There is a king size bed. The large master bath features a separate vanity area, walk in shower and a large jacuzzi tub.

You will also find a second bedroom furnished with a King size bed and a flat screen TV. Also on this floor is the den area furnished with 2 day beds and a TV. These two rooms have access to a hall bath that has a tub/shower combo.

Up a flight of stairs you will find the remaining 4 bedrooms. To the right of the landing is located a bedroom that is furnished with a king/swing bed, TV and is furnished with a private bath with a tub/shower combo. This room also features ocean views. The remaining bedrooms have a king, queen and two twins. The king and queen rooms each have a TV. These 3 bedrooms share 2 hall bathrooms with tub/shower combinations.

This home features a private pool that has a beautiful ocean view.

  House is clean and very comfortable. Plenty of space for three families and seven children. Kitchen is large and easy to prepare large meals. The house has great beach access and all the amenities that you could want. The pool is the only weak link in the property. It sits in the front of the house under the trees. This means you get shade (nice relief from the heat) but also a large amount of leaves fall in the pool. The pool had to be cleaned a day earlier than normal because after a rain there were a lot of leaves in the pool.

  8 Dinghy was everything as advertised and more. Very clean, and all necessary amenities were available. Loved the location, loved the house.

  Excellent beachfront location with tons of space for multiple fa

  We stayed at Dinghy in May, 2009 and loved it. The space was incredible---we went with 3 families (my sister and her family of 6, her nanny, my parents and my family of 4---total of 13 people). There were plenty of rooms/bathrooms for everyone and plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen had more than ample supplies/dishes for every meal, plenty of dining space with 2 3 tables to eat at (2 inside and one on the screened in porch) and the place overall was nice. We loved the deck, screened in porch, heated outdoor showers and the ocean front views. It was a stones throw to the beach which was a huge asset having 6 small children. A little outdated---could use some updating to the unit itself (bathrooms/kitchen) and some of the furniture was worn. In addition, we were a little disappointed in the pool---all the other houses on the row that had pools had them located in the back of the house on the beach side. Our pool was located in front of the house (no privacy---located along the community pathway/boardwalk to the beach) and was really just a dipping pool (which it wasn't described as this on the website nor did it say it was in the front of the house)---not much room for swimming for 13 people. It was also located underneath a lot of trees so was fairly dirty the entire week. We didn't use the pool which was a disappointment. Overall though we enjoyed our vacation---the house was very conveniently located and on a quiet end of a street. We will consider renting Dinghy again but may research other house options on HHI first.
