As you enter the sunken foyer of this beautiful home you are welcomed by the first of the home's two living areas. This spacious living room features ample seating, a 46 inch HDTV with DVD player, and a CD stereo. Adjacent to the living area is the large kitchen with breakfast bar and the dining room table over looking the Atlantic ocean. French doors lead from the dining room to the covered balcony. Stairs from the balcony lead down to the private pool/Jacuzzi* and sunbathing deck.

Nice space, good location. Appliances/Electronics in need of some updating. Problems with oven (door doesn't close properly), cook top (one knob stripped), upstairs refrigerator broken and sitting outside, Main floor TV needs to be repaired/replaced, dishwasher cycle takes hours, WiFi has weak signal (we picked up the neighbors signal better).

The service we received from Resort Rentals was top notch which made the process from reservations to check in and check out a breeze. The property was absolutely breathtaking. The inability to get WiFi on the porches and not always being able to get cell phone service in the home was a bit of a drawback but the ocean view

This is a great home for an extended family vacation. We had five couples and four grandchildren and the home was a perfect accommodation. My only real disappointment was the added cost ($1000) to heat the pool and hot tub which I thought was excessive. Overall, a wonderful experience.

This was one of the most wonderful vacation home we have ever stayed. The home was spacious and beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings. The views of the beach and ocean from the dining room and master bedroom rival any resort.
We have rented through Resort Rentals of Hilton Head several times during the last 8 years and we have been 100% satisfied with their service each time. -

We really enjoyed our stay at Ocean Pointe. Ocean Pointe is a beautiful house loaded with all of the amenities, not to mention the fabulous views of the ocean from almost every room. We often stay in Sea Pines,and I was reluctant to stay in North Forest Beach..but it was great....It was private and there were plenty of bike paths. And, I don't think it carries the ridiculous price tag that some oceanfront homes in the gated communitied do.

Everything about Ocean Pointe at HHI is wonderful. We fill the house to capacity and never feel crowded. The view is as good as it gets and the beach (outside of your private yard) is superior.
My ONLY negative comment is the size of the refrigerator for the number of people in the home. We find it necessary to grocery shop almost daily and we have to use coolers in addition to the refrigerator. The very large pantry would accommodate another smaller style refrigerator.
The staff at Resorts Rental is superior and is always there to make your stay the best.
Definitely a 5* experience and memories for a lifetime. -

Many times the photos are better than the actual property, not at Ocean Pointe. The house is everything you hope it is and more. Total luxury.
Location and beach are excellent.
