This top floor Shorewood unit has sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean from your private balcony accessed from the living room or master bedroom. The living room also features a 40” flat screen TV and sleeper sofa for additional accommodations. The kitchen includes granite counter tops in its recent updates.
The master bedroom is warmly furnished with a king bed, 27" flat screen TV and private bath. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, 19" flat screeb TV and access to the hall bathroom.

We've been coming to Hilton Head for 7- 8 years now, and have always stayed in Shorewood and absolutely love the location. This year we did not stay in our usual condo (#304) due to unavailability and selected a different condo (#505) instead. While the view was awesome, and the decor of the unit was very nice; we felt the condo was not set up for renters. Storage space was very limited in the kitchen, and there was a shortage of housewares for cooking and eating. A few cabinets were locked, and the supply of glasses, bowls and cooking supplies was very limited. Even simple items like rubber spatulas, large spoons, and pitchers were not available. While the décor was nice, we found the place to be somewhat "crowded". For a couple with 1-2 children, this may not be a concern, whereas we were a family of 6. We were also disappointed the kitchen table only seated four; while the rental unit can accommodate 6. We did have a problem with the air condition system which quit working the day after we arrived. However, I would not fault the rental unit, nor Resorts Rental. This problem was unavoidable and it could happen to any rental unit at any time of the year. The problem was addressed immediately and professionally. While it took a few days to get parts and have it fixed, we were treated with respect, provided several fans, and kept informed of the progress. The experience was a positive one and we felt everything was done that could have been done to ensure our stay remained comfortable.
Overall, our stay was nice. The beds were very comfortable, and we had no other concerns except the lack of kitchen amenities, and the feeling of overcrowding with the extra décor. We will continue to use visit Hilton Head and stay at Shorewood; but most likely return to # 304, or another rental unit. In addition, Resorts Rentals is an excellent rental company. This unit was well decorated & furnished & located conveniently to a private beach & pool. We had all the conveniences of home with the exception of the washing machine that was out of service when we got there & not fixed when we left. Other than that, we had a very good stay.

Great accomodations. Shower in Master bedroom was a fantastic remodel. Nice granite in kitchen and stainless appliances in kitchen. Above average accomodations. And finally a brand new washer and dryer. Short walk to Coligny Circle our favorite restaurant Market Street Cafe.Then a stroll through all the beautiful shops. Everything one coukd want in one area. Never had to get back in the car all week. Well worth the drive down.

We were at Shorewood from 4/28/12-5/6/12 and didn't want to leave. The accommodations were wonderful. Nicely decorated and very comfortable. We felt at home and were blown away by the view. The grounds of Shorewood were very well kept and we enjoyed watching the brown pelicans and the bunnies while we lounged at the pool or took the very short walk to the beach. The pool was absolutely spectacular. It was a perfect depth for our children and us and was a great size so we never felt crowded. The location of Shorewood was also perfect. We were close to just about everything. We could of course easily walk to the beach and to Coligny Plaza which has great shops and restaurants. I also have to mention Commander Zodiac's dolphin watch. We were with Captain Scott who was engaging and very knowledgeable about the area. We saw tons of dolphins, explored a sand bar and saw an island of oyster shells. We also had very positive experience with Resort Rentals of Hilton Head. Their staff was very friendly and they were responsive to our needs. We will definitely work with them again in the future. All in all, this was a wonderful vacation and we cannot wait to get back to Hilton Head and hopefully 505 Shorewood.

Loved the condo. We could not ask for a better view. It is in walking distance to everything. The beach, shopping, ice cream, you name it. This will be our go to place for future vacations.

This was our 2nd trip to HHI, but first time at Shorewood. We would most definitely stay here again...at both the complex AND the condo. The condo was very nicely updated and decorated. My husband and I enjoyed cocktails each evening outside on the patio and fell asleep every night listening to the ocean. The location is close to everything and the view is wonderful.
